Actually his co first asked for profit nd loss docum nd first time he just got one year 457 visa nd in that year he planned for baby nd then co asked for baby passport nd other things ....so the main reason of delay is baby passport nd medical ...thats why it took long

One more thing bro like the peple who are waiting from more than 6 months nd they didnt get nom approval .....then u can check in past also .....max guys got visa on same day bcz its allready too late now .....bro its only my thinking nd want to think abt only postive things

Bro the lady who told me that she can see only my visa file ....so its also possible that i also have one co but she can not see my nom file

May be bro its alright.....if 1 co - then he will give you straight pr now bcz may he allready checked nom reqirm nd now he is on ur visa ....but if you have 2 co then may be first you get nom approval nd then visa .....as your status changed in immi acnt then you have only one co ......you know three days ago one guy got result ......he told that he asked extra doc by diffrent co but when he got the final approval ....his both files were with one co .....so may be you have only one co nd you will get result for both same time

I called immi just now nd same answer ......but she add new line today .....every file processedd diffrently depend on the nature of job ....what d hell ....no one need mechanic in australia ...lol....but she told after nomination approval i can get the result of my visa only nd she dont know whats going in my nomination process

Bro if you have two case officers ....then may be the co who is checking your visa application is only waiting for the result of nomination nd he will give u straight result .....the documnt which u submited later are very normal ....so many people submitted allready these and got the pr .....you can check old posts here .....so just think postive nd like others you will get it soon.....all d best bro

Titjrayyy .......i dont know bro ......but i want to think postive only ....actuaalllyyy what i heard is that after nomination they start processing visa aplication files ......if you have one co on your both files then u will get straight approval in both but if you have two co in your files ....then you will get nom approval first nd visa approval second ......bro its only my thinknggg ......bro you dont worry you will get it soon

Bro immi visit my frnds place and they asked him whats your duties ,they noted all on the paper nd then immi asked his boss same ques ....if you are doing job according to the contract then no problem .....then they asked his boss abt the pay rate of other oz worker on the same position ......i dont know abt the time but job must be same which is incontract .......no need to worry abt anything jst read ur contract once and tell them max frm that

Mate be sure that your employer will not tell immi that you are doing any extra work in the worplace ....just mention that work only which you have in your contract .....bcz imm dont want that your employer is getting extra workfrom you bcz you are going to sponre by him nd he is misusing your need

I just called my ma nd asked him its allready 7 months nd my co didnt ask for any document nd if he dont want any document then why he is taking so long .......my ma replied me that co will not ask any doc for nom bcz one more guy who is working with me just got his 457 visa nd my ma told me immi allready have all the info which is requiered for nomination.......i am little relief now .....anyone have any knowladge regarding this ......god please help us
