I have been in Australia 3 years in Jan on a 189 visa,can I start the process for my citizenship before the 4 years so that I am ready when the time comes?

Been in oz a week now and love it! Weather is great and there is loads of work in construction for me,Perth is a great place to live and it's been worth all the hassle of tra,ielts etc Good luck everyone when you arrive

No I haven't contacted them yet but it will be 90 days on wed since we lodged so if we haven't heard anything we will give them a call

Thanks everyone for taking the time to write back,I will weigh up my options when I arrive I a wall and floor tiler so most of the jobs seem to be you need your own van so I thought this would be a good way of getting started.

Hi guys! Hoping to move to Perth in jan on a 189 visa.I am looking for advice on getting a car on finance to start off but was worried about getting accepted because I have no credit history in that country.Is Australia as strict as the UK in terms of credit scores?
