I have been in Australia 3 years in Jan on a 189 visa,can I start the process for my citizenship before the 4 years so that I am ready when the time comes?

Been in oz a week now and love it! Weather is great and there is loads of work in construction for me,Perth is a great place to live and it's been worth all the hassle of tra,ielts etc Good luck everyone when you arrive

Hi guys! I have recently received my 189 permanent visa and I am heading to Perth on the 17th Jan. I have 15 years experience in all aspects of wall and floor tiling. If anyone could help get me a start it would be greatly appreciated Thanks Derek

No I haven't contacted them yet but it will be 90 days on wed since we lodged so if we haven't heard anything we will give them a call

Hopefully we hear something this week! Me and my wife are fed up waiting lol

Same! We got out co 21st October and and lodged on the 10th September.The waiting is horrible! Lol

There is few people on another forum got there grants over the weekend I didn't think they were open
