I think you need to contact them to send you the citizenship certificate for Bubba. Once you get that you can apply passport for the child.

Same here NSJ and Tech 123 got their approvals. They did test close to us. So finger crossed.

My council will have the ceremony on 6th March. would I be expecting approval in next 4 weeks, so that I can attend this ceremony on 6th March. By March, it will be 13 months from since I submitted the application.

This delay in citizenship not only is frustrating but also impacting people's life financially and socially. Hopefully we will get approvals soon.

Following is the timeline: Applied : 11 April 2017 Acknowledgement: 11 April 2017 Test Email: 8 June 2017 Test Date: 11 September 2017, Melbourne CBD (Passed 100%) Approval: 17 January 2018 (Online Status only, have not received any emails yet)

Now frustration is setting in - It is almost 9 months since I applied citizenship. That is long time. Still waiting for approval. I agree with Eliot that calling Home affairs is not the answer.
