  3. My friends told me that for example ambulance is only included in private insurance otherwise in case of any accident you have to pay for that which is quite expensive. I am talking about WA it may be different in other states. I think that your advise about 72 hours travel insurance is what I needed. Bungo, I think it is good to have insurance straight away when we will arrive especially if you are travelling with less then two years old twins. Believe me. We went on holiday last month and had to call private doctor to our hotel because of bad chest infection. I would like to avoid this so I am searching.
  4. Hi All, Have you any advises regarding medical insurance for PR visa holder? We are going to move early next year with little twins therefore I would like to sort insurance before if this is possible. I have done some web checking however we have to be in Australia to organise that. Any suggestions. Thank you.
  5. One more thing worth to add. For IELTS result you have to wait two weeks while PTE I received next day.
  6. I guess it is so quiet as most of us already received our grants
  7. You can provide a Sworn Statement/Statutory Declaration confirming your employment history and duties.
  8. Hi, I have got AP rep in our house as well but I am also thinking about Pickfords. Have you had them as well. Just curious with your opinion. Thank you. We will be moving from Reading to Perth early next year but want to send our stuff in Nov.
  9. Some shipping companies provide storage option for short time such as month. Check with Pickfords for example.
  10. Hi All, I am going to move to Perth early next year. Currently I am working in Oil & Gas sector in UK as an electrical design engineer. Unfortunately, current market is not good but hopefully it will improve soon. Do you have any advises about companies (I know some) and remote interviews? Thank you.
  11. I am going to include visa type in my CV. I have seen this in other CV's in my company so it clearly says that you have PR.
  12. This is explained on 3rd page - About your visa. This type of visa is issued for 4 years, after that you have to apply for Resident Return Visa (RRV) or citizenship. All of us will have the same.
  13. Yupie !!! I've got four golden e-mails!!!! Waiting is finished now and we have to start our preparation to move and job hunt I am so happy. I think that most of us will receive grants this week Good luck everyone !!!!
  14. It is difficult, however, nice sunny and warm weather here in UK will help to enjoy weekend. We have to have energy for next week as maybe finally we will get our golden e-mails Enjoy weekend everyone !!!

  16. Off to Perth as well with my husband and little twins. Hopefully early next year We used to live there for two years and I miss this place.
  17. 9 visa grants today .... so excited but still waiting
  18. I think that all delay applications will get grants early July.
  19. oh it is tricky one. I would like to have my staff in place when we will arrive too, so I understand you. We are going to send everything around two months before our arrival date and store them in Oz until we will find house for us. However, we do have different situation because we are not in rush so we can manage it after visa will be granted. I would wait until visa will be granted. Just in case. On the other hand you may take the risk and send your belongings. In case of worst scenario just pay once again for sending stuff back. Decision is up to you
  20. Hi All, I have received deley e-mail today! Below is a copy for your reference. Waiting continuous... ************************************************************************************************ "Your application for a subclass 189 visa is nearing finalisation. You are not required to provide any further documents. Kindly refer to the information below and rest assured that the case will be finalised as soon as practicable: I am writing to you regarding your application for an Australian skilled visa (subclass 189). The Migration Programme determines the maximum number of visas that can be granted in each visa category. Applications for this visa category are processed in line with Migration Programme planning levels. These planning levels have precedence over indicative client service standard timeframes. The Migration Programme planning level for this category now has limited number of places left for the 2014-15 program year. This means processing times will be longer and that once the remaining places are used, the Department cannot grant further visas in this category during this programme year. As planning levels affect all applications, including those in the final stages of processing, I cannot give you an indication as to the likely timeframe for finalisation of your application. In the meantime, I encourage you to continue checking the department’s website (www.immi.gov.au) for any updates regarding application processing or changes to the Skilled Migration Programme which may affect you. I appreciate your patience in this matter."
