  1. I reckon something happened to their email system. I sent one email to them this morning and got the auto reply with no update. 10 minutes ago, I tried again but didn't receive anything up to now.
  2. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1BcNOlnXc0F2QgYweRiQUYgH8LOgdmSEn-9rkxTkIlBk/edit#gid=106844240
  3. After checking the old records, I found that Jan 2015 got even lesser approvals than Dec 2014. Dec 2014 got about 20 and Jan 2015 only got 15.
  4. When I looked into the spreadsheet. I noticed that there were more error. My nomination date was changed by someone to a wrong date. Could everyone please spend a bit of time to check and fix your timeline when you look into it next time?
  5. Then you should think of changing your MA. Obviously, Medicare is considered as adequate arrangements for health insurance and when I cancelled my private insurance, the staff at insurance company confirmed this with me again. Besides, you cannot exempt from Medicare Levy any more as soon as you lodge your PR visa application. So you if want to keep your private insurance, you have to pay double.
  6. Not for everyone. I got my Medicare card that is valid for 5 years. Not sure if it's a bless and/or a mistake.
  7. After you lodge your visa application, you can apply for Medicare immediately. And after you get your Medicare card (even the temp card), you can stop your private insurance. I did this a couple of monthly ago without any issue.
  8. They haven't updated this auto-reply email, as it says Email Updated on 24 December 2015 at the top of the message.
  9. We are currently allocating ENS and RSMS applications that were lodged early July 2015.
  10. I saw one person got approved today from another forum. She applied for visa in early July, but not sure about the exact date.
  11. This is weird. You are from transition stream. Why did CO ask for degree certificate... This should have been assessed while applying for visa 457 and shouldn't be required for visa 186.
  12. The biggest mistake we have made is submit nomination and visa application separately. If you submit visa application after getting nomination approved, you got the lowest priority.
  13. If you look at those approved July application, you will find that most of then submit their nomination in or before July. I think they were just lucky to get their nomination and visa application processed together. According to the old records, immi office did this a lot but not for everyone.
  14. I applied BVB once before and it was granted onsite immediately. Seems like even bridging visa takes longer to be processed...
  15. One of my friend just got her PR. She applied her visa on 26/06/2015. CO contacted her on 20/11/2015 for second instalment. Her application status changed to finalised 10 minutes ago.
