  1. Just received the beautiful news that our visas have been granted!!!! Visa application lodged 17/11/2104
  2. Then he should show his agent this legislation: Here is a copy of the legislation: 1.12] (11) In addition to subregulation (1), a person is a member of the family unit of an applicant for an Employer Nomination (Permanent) (Class EN) visa if, at the time of application, the person: (a) holds a Subclass 457 (Temporary Work (Skilled)) visa granted on the basis that the person was a member of the family unit of the holder of a Subclass 457 (Temporary Work (Skilled)) visa; and (b) is included in the application for the Employer Nomination (Permanent) (Class EN) visa.
  3. if his son was on his original 457, he shouldn't have to prove dependency and can transition to pr without any issues. As long as the son was on the main applicant's 457.
  4. Thanks. Hubby was mid range charge. I also understood only 12 months plus prison time would make a difference to visa app. Which state was your charge in? We're in Qld.
  5. Hi Ben Tell me more about your charge pls. What was your breathalyser reading and what was your outcome? My hubby is only going to court on 13/4. Agent doesn't think it will be a problem, guess it depends on the conviction and the punishment. It was his first offence so I'm relying on that fact.
  6. They need proof of residence for our sons and a new Aus pcc for hubby as he had a recent DUI charge.
  7. Just received word from our agent to say we have a case officer!!!! Yay!!! Extra docs required.
  8. we lodged on 17/11, hopefully we'll hear something soon. What docs did Immi request?
