If you are Lucky the CO will be assigned any time after 3 month.

Your PCC should be valid (12 months from the DOI) when the CO open your file, So check your PCC and if it expires before SEP-2016, apply one immediately. "Short travel to home country after submitting the application", you don't need to worry because, The PCC requirements based on what you mentioned in the visa application (Last 10 years stay).

Make sure you are attaching the Correct passport photo (Details in the web site), They rejected my PCC once.

Documents requested --->Assessment in Progress ----> Finalised, some application received status changed straight to Finalised.

I lodged visa in end of Nov- 2015, Nomination was start of Sep-2015, both files were opened almost same time, but I delayed to submit additional doc for visa so visa was approved nearly two months after the nomination grant.

I have to go now, I'll reply tomorrow to everyone. Thank you all for the support, I'll pray for June, July and Aug Applicants.

Nomination Submitted: 08-Sep-15, Nom App: 14-04-2016. (Doc Requested 11th March and Submitted 12th March 2016). Visa Submitted: 30-Nov-15, Visa App: 30-05-2016 :ssign19:.(Doc Requested 29th March Submitted: 17th May 2016).

What 48 days?? did you called Immi? It is unfair, I prefer call and ask them why long wait after submitted doc.
