i called immi today..and asked whether my files allocated or not.he said i dont have to know where it is allocated.and he said i can send e-mail and request to know.they wont tell anything.also he mentioned it might take 8 months. according to my individual circumstances.i applied in november 26 th. as bikerboys files open i am expecting my files to be open soon ..but what he sais disappointing me..how do other people get to know when they allocated ?? please help me

i double checked with my employer whether he submitted business chart,he asked me is that same as organisational chart ?can please tell me ?

are you able to see nomination documents IN YOUR IMMI account ? How did you know that they requested for additional documents ?is there any way we get to know about these (when they request for additional)without the help of MA ? you would have get visa today ,if there wasn't any mistake in your contract right ?

thanks for your reply. when i uploaded my docs i saw one option to upload decision ready check-list..so i thougth we could still do it. is there any other documents you think i should upload ?

hi guys, I am applying as cook in Melbourne show our work experience what documents we do have to provide ? also how long our medicals valid ?.i did mine last may 19. going to be 1 year. i hav submitted my cookery cert 3 , 4 and diploma in bsns management. ielts police clearance from australia and overseas marriage certificate medical details i would like to put decision ready application.so anything else do i need ?also where do i find decision ready check list ?i couldnt find it.i hope you guys will help me thanks in advance .

i know waiting is killing. no idea which month they are processing ?..i always wait for the updation from you. hope you will get visa soon..i am also eagerly waiting for mine as i applied nov 26 th.

Mr Sing's timeline visa applied on 22 sep 2014 nomination approved 2 feb 2015 additional documents requested 2 Feb 2015 visa granted yesterday (information copied from mr.sing's post itself)

thanks for the information.when i rang immi yesterday that gentleman told me there is no option available for 187 visa to check it.i wondered ! may be they didnt get me..how did uask them ? which department r rang..?

thanks for your information.when i rang immi ,they said they only received my application.no attachments.even they said MA should have uploaded and i want to upload i can do it myself too.i don't want to it myself as I PAID MA. so u lodged your nomination and visa together ?

is this partner's ielts depends on CO oe strictly for all RSMS 187 ?i am confused when i rang immi regarding this they said partner should only meet charecter and health requirements.? please giv me your reply from your experience ..txs

hi bikerboy, here it is my scenario.i applied for my visa and nomi 26 th of november.then later on 29 th of january through my imm account in immigration website i checked my status and reviewed my application and found out that there are no attachments in my application.then i rang immi confirmed that non of the documents attached to my application. i already mention my MA that i want my files upfront when CO opens my files(i have given him our medical, police check from Australia and India and all other required documents except my partners ielts ) .but what my MA is doing now really upsetting me.is this going to affect my visa or my processing time ? somebody told me that he will upload all my documents once i get nomi approval.is that right ? how does it work ? do they look in to my visa at the same time of nomi aproval ? if its that case they will request for document and my processing time going to exeed right? please reply me thanks

this is a new information for me ..i dint know that our partner should write IELTS ? how much they have to get in ielts ? is there any alternative option if partner cant reach the required point ?.
