what i heard about it that if you applied both visa and nomination together ..same CO will look after both ur file but if both applied different date even next date ,different CO will look after.. my nomination applied 25 th nov and visa applied 26 th nov so i got diffrent CO

my last updated date is 11 th of april when my additional docs requested...i got nomination last friday 1 st of May..additional docs requested for nomination 31 of march and approved 31 days later..so my 28 th day of visa will be 9 th of may...so as nomination if it they take 31 days i should here result 12 or 13 th may..fingers crossed

I have a doubt here.. If Co just looked in to our file.. Does our updated date change or remins same ?

i think once you upload you dont have any option to delete it..marriage certificate is gd to upload..as you said MA may not like it..just let your MA know that you did by mistake or just leave it as it is..MA may not notice

your MA should have give you HAP id...he/she will be able to get it from immi account straight after lodgement..may MA wanted to get nomination approval before you do medical..wish you all the best..you are getting closer.. my nomination approved last Friday and waiting for visa..rang immi today ...said still in process...cant wait anymore

my 28 thd day finished yesterday..imagine how stressed i am..hopefully will hear somethingsoon

my status didn't change yet even after additional document requested but my last updated date changed after.. but i have seen for some people status changes to additional docs requested and later submission completed..but didnt happen to me i was easy for u to provide the doc they want ..but some people it will take time to provide doc...so immi generally give 28 days of time frame..there are some cases they took decision before 28 th day after their document submission or very later than 28 th day..so never know ...fingers crossed..

i think your case has been allocated..and if you see today's date that means ur CO looked into ur application today..hw much you log in or ur MA update some document wont make any difference to updated date in your account.(they may have sent additional document list if they needed or will send).i dont think immi wii notify you wen CO allocated for ur file. i didn't get one when my case allocated..but you can send status request to the following maid id and you will get a reply with ur current status..i am sure that ur case has been allocated if they looked in to ur file today

the status assessment in progress will not change even after they looked in to your account..only updated date changes..

i think if you see last updated date as 8 th of April that means ur case has been allocated..and they looked in to ur file on 8th...

i dont think so because i didnt give one.and when my CO requested for additional docs he didnt ask my birth certificate..may be its depend on each CO..nrmally i think we dont have to give..

its good that your status changed...in my case they requested for additional documents and i uploaded it..still my status is Assessment in progress ...i dont know why only some people get status change ...any way best wishes

hi, i am new to this forum..as far as i know if you are having 457 visa you wont be able to get medicare card..then your pregnancy wont be covered..and in the case of insurance i think ,you need to have 12 months of waiting period to get pregnancy covered..please double check..so i think your pregnancy wont get covered through any madicare and insurance.and also i dont know if there is any change because you are from UK..i am sorry if the information i gave is wrong

hi Guys, here is my time line nomination and visa applied :- 26 November additional documents requested for nomination :- 31 march (will only submit Monday 26 th) additional documents requested for my visa :-11 April So i have a doubt that when will my CO takes decision ? my 28 day finish after additional docs request of nomination on 28 th of April and my 28 day finish after additional docs request of visa on 9 th of May..so which 28 day applies to me ? other thing i noticed that i have different CO's for nomination and visa..so how will they work ? if somebody can help me..please...
