hi, my husbands IELTS requested for my visa application last Saturday 11 th..will submit it today..but still my employer didn't submit documents requested for nomination..he is lagging to give it..i am bit stressed

hi I heard normally CO will take 28 days after they requested for additional documents ..is hat 28 working days or just 28 days ?

so you will hear some gd news this week as u completing 28 days...in this week

i think its the date from they requested docs

thanks for your replay..the reason i got a doubt because my resume,work experience letters and form 80 wasnt attached to my application at the time my CO requested additional docs for my nomination.and didnt ask for any of this.so it means my CO doesn't worry about these docs which we didnt submit earlier !!!!

i applied my visa and nomination 26 th november..additional documents asked on 31 march.going to submit all day after tomorrow.how long you people think they gonna take to approve, 28 days ?so how does it work ? have they looked in to my visa application already ?? or they will only look once nomination gets approval..and if they need anything additional for my visa they will request again and are they going to give me another 28 days ??? so nomination additional documents + visa additional documents - 28+28 ??

i dont think so..because currently they are processing files which lodged in November..

could you please tell me what is vac fee ?!!!

i applied 26 of november..from my experience if u applied ur visa after ur nomination approval it is going to take 4.5 months again

hi friends, my file is opened.my CO rang my MA for some clarification and said will request addi docs later if needed..

in my reply they saying currently processing file which lodged on novemer..io dont know why did they say opening oct files to u..any way they i got CO for my file today morning..

sorry..i sent wrong id.here it is,]nsw.pse@immi.gov.au or vic.pse@immi.gov.au i recieved reply from them today says my file hasn't been allocated for any CO.me 24 th and you 25 th so we are in same boat..send request to know your status and put you ref num in subject.let me know when you get reply.but currently they are processing files lodged in november...fingers crossed

see didnt i tell u .. anytime can open.from my experience it may take upto 28 days as they requested for some docs.but fingers crossed some get straightaway after uploading.but normally 28 days

i think your file will open very soon any time as they are currently processing files lodged in November.and also in this forum you can see CO opened someone's file who applied 14 november and requested for additional docs.that also after your date..so you will here anytime may be tomarrow.:rolleyes:mine applied 26 th nov..me too eagerly waiting..

i just asked them if i can know whether i am allocated or not and status of my file. thanks

just now i send an email vic.pse@immi.au and in that automated reply it days currently allocating November files.

i called immi today..and asked whether my files allocated or not.he said i dont have to know where it is allocated.and he said i can send e-mail and request to know.they wont tell anything.also he mentioned it might take 8 months. according to my individual circumstances.i applied in november 26 th. as bikerboys files open i am expecting my files to be open soon ..but what he sais disappointing me..how do other people get to know when they allocated ?? please help me

i double checked with my employer whether he submitted business chart,he asked me is that same as organisational chart ?can please tell me ?

are you able to see nomination documents IN YOUR IMMI account ? How did you know that they requested for additional documents ?is there any way we get to know about these (when they request for additional)without the help of MA ? you would have get visa today ,if there wasn't any mistake in your contract right ?

hi bikerboy congrates...i am happy for you..so after u provide additional document you gonna get visa..OMG..May God bless you..so i think my visa also allocated as i lodged on november 26 th. the documents requested from you are regarding nomination or about your visa ? if you dont mind pls let me know which position you have applied ?

thanks for your reply. when i uploaded my docs i saw one option to upload decision ready check-list..so i thougth we could still do it. is there any other documents you think i should upload ?
