Congratulations slrob. I'm still waiting to hear back - after submitting documents 2 weeks ago. I even went for a reading as I'm getting that frustrated and that came back inconclusive too! Hoping I get it by December

Still waiting... I've been off ill from work this week as I have a horrendous virus I can't shift now for almost a week and everything is from my work email not personal. Checked my immi account and still says "In 'progress" - what's new there huh?! Sent an email yesterday chasing up so here's hoping. I submitted documents over 2 weeks ago too. How did you lot call your CO?

Has anyone else got issues logging into their IMMI account today? I just keep getting a white screen and the words "The system is currently unavailable."

No, not always. The letter i had off my case officer said Team 3 however on the email it told me to respond to Team 1... I submitted my documents to Team 3 last week and noticed that i may have sent to the wrong team and sent to Team 1 this week in case. Very confusing

I lodged on 30th June and had contact last week. Still waiting to hear back as I had to send through amendments. It says you get a response within 5 working days but nothing so far - very frustrating. Hopefully soon.. I hate this waiting game.

I managed to put my whole family onto my application somehow and now i have had to rectify it - doh!

Hopefully it won't be 28 days though. My friend was approx 2 weeks after re-submitting his documents...

Hey all, Still waiting to hear back from my case officer after i submitted documents last week as I submitted my visa application incorrectly. They say they get back to you in 5 days but i doubt highly they will as from what i have read they access your case and if you require more info they contact you and ask for it then put you back into a list to be reviewed a few weeks later.

My friend applied 30th June and got his yesterday. I applied the same day but entered in some info wrong so i sent that yesterday to them and now waiting to hear the outcome now. So hopefully 2 weeks max for me

So i entered in my application form wrong and had to submit a form 1023 for incorrect information. I advised IMMI that my family member were not migrating (correct as they are staying in the uk) but that they were dependant on me (incorrect as they are not dependant on me at all). Submitted this to IMMI this morning and hopefully hear back soon. Grrrrrrrr............

I had my case officer email through the approval for the nomination yesterday evening from the Parramatta Office but I still can't figure out what team they are in although I have their name. One down, one to go. Lets hope I get it by Friday so I can celebrate

Just checked my IMMI account and my Employer Nomination has been changed to finalised (approved!). Just waiting on my application now and then I can celebrate Fingers Crossed

Mine still says 'In Progress' too. Applied 30th June 2014 Nomination and Application applied at the same time Submitted all docs with both No MA used Low Risk Country (UK) Parramatta Office

Thank you TJD. I have that already however I will not receive any correspondence from IMMI because my email which I use to log onto my account is not actually anywhere in my application and it says they will only show and send correspondence to nominated email address which is my managers. Does this also mean I will not be aware of when my status changes or not?

Hey Suk123 I have an Immi account but its to my personal email whereas all documentation for visa is to my managers work email and I wanted to know if this was an issue..

You're all doing better than me. I haven't heard anything since 30th June! I filled in my form incorrectly and put my manager as the contact person for both application and nomination and they won't talk to me. She hasn't heard anything yet and is due on maternity leave in a month - great! My immi account is to my personal email so I am unsure if 'In Progress' status is even correct if everything is submitted to my manager... Any ideas?
