  1. Hello, Was wondering if any one could put some clarity to mine and my partners questions. He is an Australian citizen and I am from the UK. I am currently living in Australia on a bridging visa awaiting a partner visa. We are wondering whether I can be on the paper work for the house as he is a citizen or whether I can't because I am not yet a permanent resident? I've read multiple things online. McKenna
  2. Hello, I am currently training to be a teacher in the UK and will gain my QTS in August of this year. Would people advice that I complete my NQT year here as well first? Also what is the set up over there teaching wise, do you have to register with a state? Are there much need for primary teachers, I have a lot of experience before training with ESBD children to add to the equation as well. Thanks
  3. Hi look at moving to OZ. I would be applying for a partner visa as my partner is Australian. Can any one tell me what the recommended time to apply for is at the moment, and whether it is best to go through a company or not? Also when you apply does your passport disappear for that amount of time? Thanks
  4. Hello, Myself and my partner are looking in to applying for a partner visa. His UK visa runs out in March 2016. Have people found it easier to do it yourself or go through a company? If going through a company which ones do people recommend. I have been looking in to both and the doing it yourself option looks very complicated. As well as this what evidence do I need to begin gathering together in order to prove our de facto relationship status. We are not yet married or engaged but by the time 2016 comes that should be on the cards. I have been advised by one agency not to go down the pre marriage visa route as its more or less the same paperwork but with double the fees. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
