Did your medicals were reffered to moc..cos mine did..but after 3 and half months it was showing as finalised. .after that extra information sent on 14.11.2014...now no news..

Well I am doing that way and my MA still able to see on his own as well...infact he gave me this idea..so that I wont eat his head all the time. ..I dont know why your MA saying this to you

You can creat your own immi account and then import the application if its been allready submitted. .you can check the progress of your application...

Now I am confused. .when the CO ask for further documents...shall we consider that start date of 28 days or when we submit documents at later date..is that date to be considered the start of 28 days...mine CO ia completely gone to sleep I think. .he asked me further documents on 1st Nov and I submitted on 3rd and 14 Nov..now I dont know how they work on this...

Hi Taran I am high risk country as well..India like you..and I did submit form 80..now days they are asking a lot...but since you submitted then wait. .nobody can tell you the outcome ova here and why they adk form 80...like Annie I am on 4 month and 26 days now..still no outcome...hope every one who lodged there application around july - Aug gets there PR before Xmas

Hi Guys since my medicals was in Deferred state for last more then 3 months which was holding my application... i saw this morning the status has been changed to Health has been finalised for this person for this visa subclass based on the information provided to the department. If this person needs to do anything further to meet the health requirement, they will be contacted by the department. There is no need to contact the department at this time concerning this matter. does it mean i am done with medicals...does this confirms my medical status as i read on other forums that its not always accurate...
