Sorry your having troubles. Thats brave of you to confess publicly. I left OZ in 2008 after 2 years on a 457 as i was so lonely and moving form place to place - even though I had tonnes of mates and acquinatances.
I moved back to Scotland ans married a POM :tongue:- now were planning a move back to OZ for the weather and better living.
My advice to you is - Everywhere you go...there you are.
Things wont be any greener on the other site - if you have manic depression then thats not going to improve with the dreariness of the UK - its a state of mind you live in and you have to manage it and step out of it and find the good in life with what you have - bloom where your planted :wubclub:
Ask yourself what you feel is missing from your life? were taught in nursing that a person is not truly 'well' unless they are Physicall - emotionally - mentally and spiritaully well.
Is it really family you miss? - why not pay more visits our to them or even try convince them to emmigrate to Adelaide :wink: do it. Find the blessing in your own family youve made over there:cute:
Are you having enough good diet with vitamins and exercise to be phyiscally well?
Or - and ill put it out there - Do you need some kind of God encounter to feel there's a purpose in life?
