Thanks pumpkin but as I have already mentioned in my thread that my medical and pcc are clear on 6june 2014.so how much time is more needed normally they ask for med after all the checks of degree but what happened here?

this i have recieved from the consultant as a reply of my CO please advise approx time as my medical and PCC sent on june 2014 (This application is currently undergoing mandatory checks that are being undertaken by external agencies. The timing for the completion of the checks varies from one case to another depending on individual circumstances. Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide you with a definitive timeframe for finalisation of this application as some cases may take up to 12 months. Please note that as the checks are being conducted by external agencies, we will be unable to provide you with any updates regarding the progress of the checks as we will only be notified once they have been completed. Please be assured we will be monitoring the application and if further information is required we will contact you.)

well i totally agree with your qoute as a matter of fact pakistani have great respect for australia. i have actually start this thread to educate the pakistanis who have recently tried to initiate their immigration or planning as i have observed that there are very few mara agents in pakistan and a few wrong agents misguide the new ones. therefore it is stated that if anybody need help in migration issues we are here to help and so does all the people in this forum and this thread is being generated to create a positive diffrence.....

Well your pasport name and the name in your certificates is the thing that matter. Latter in the approval stage they will ask you that weather you are known to be by any other name or spell so you will enter the detail there. Also you can always request the birth certificate issuing authority to ammend the record or provide you a letter of clearance hope it works for you

In my openion he should apply on his positive skill asseesment as aus needs skilled ppl not sponsored ppl. Your relation and detail will add in later on and support him attaining his visa. As his secuity checks will be less if you do not have any criminal record

hi there i am new here and just wanted to share the information regarding the immigration issues normally generated for pakistani citizens due to misguidance. did the australian public system was funded by government or did u paid any thing

so this means medical facility is not free in australia and what do you mean by NHS and GP does $32 is to be paid monthly or per visit

hello sarah welcome to this site yes migration is a big step but not that big . but it can change a lot of things for advise you have to let us know your detail a little bit like what is your status and in which category you are applied or can be applied, where are you from etc for a fresh start you can always go to australian immiagration official website. regards hazen
