Here's my time line: Visa nomination submitted: 13 March, 2014 Visa Application submitted: 13 March, 2014 Visa Nomination granted: 23 July, 2014 Visa Approved: July 23, 2014 ENS Transition Stream Visa 186 With Migration Agent Paramatta Less than four months and two weeks but felt like a year, Good luck to everyone

Tried contacting the agent last week, she was not very helpful at all. Told me that applications could take up to six months to process... money on an agent obviously well spent. I think i may take your advice and try contacting immigration myself, can't hurt.

Hi, I see a lot of posts mentioning that applications for April are being processed at the moment, just wanted to see if there are many others that also applied for 186 TNS Transition Stream, still waiting from middle or beginning of March. Low risk country, medicals and police checks submitted on 12th of March, still waiting to hear a thing from Immigration. Applied for Nomination: 12 March 2014 Applied for PR : 12th March 2014

Our application submitted through an agent and lodged on line on the 12 of March with form 80, police checks from UK and Australia, medicals even handed in the same day. As stated in prior posts, we are applying for transition stream 186. Think it really is luck of the draw which applications are picked from the pile for the agent to start working on, it appears at that stage everything moves quickly, just a waiting game until then I guess.

Yes we are both in Australia, just meant we are both from the UK originally, Interesting that decision ready will not mean that it get priority, thanks for letting me know

My Partner and I submitted our application on the 12th of March, both from the UK. Decision ready, went through an agent, medicals and police clearance submitted the same day. Still waiting to hear anything from immigration. We applied under the 186 Transition Stream, the day we had been on our 457 visa for two years. We wanted to submit the company nomination first, but our agent told us that there was no point and we should submit them together, we did that and now I am wondering if it would have been best to submit this a few months before our application…
