  1. Hey Ashley, We had exactly the same thing happen, my hubbies police certificate came back as no live trace, our CO asked for a stat dec which we submitted the next day and less than a week later our visa was approved. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about, good luck ?
  2. We just got the magic email, such a great feeling I nearly cried at my desk!!! 457 - 186 nomination approved July 2015 visa applied 25th August extra doc requested 24th February doc uploaded 25th February visa approved 1st March good luck to all those still waiting, now to start the celebrations
  3. Just a stat dec for 2 minor offenses from over 20 years ago, our MA did have the details but didn't upload them. Hopefully we don't have to wait 28 days to hear from them again!!
  4. Thanks debbb, it's good to know they're looking at the last week of August, it won't be long now
  5. Hi guys, just thought I'd add my timeline. 457 to 186 transition nomination approved July 2015 visa applied 25th August 2015 extra info requested 24th February We've been in Australia since 2011 and can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel
  6. Hi, I've been following this thread for a while and thought I'd add our details . ENS transition stream Employer nomination submitted 12th Feb 2015 Approved 25th May 2015 occupation: construction project manager We're now getting everything ready for our application and hope to lodge next week, then the waiting begins again!!
  7. Thanks for the quick response, OH employer is making an appointment with an agent as soon as possible.
  8. Hi i've been a long time reader of this forum but this is my first post. We have come up against a problem and I'm hoping someone may be able help. We've been here in Oz on a 457 visa since November 2011 and have been getting our paperwork together to apply for PR through the transition stream, however we've just found out from my OH employer that they haven't paid the 1% of payroll costs to training for the last year. My first question is is this something they can do now backdated? And secondly does this put our 457 visa in jeopardy? Many thanks for reading. Rachel
