hi i was in the same situation i got my agent to write a letter to the who department after i had paid for the 187 explaining the situation and they granted me permission to continue working for the employer until it was granted

i have just had the same problem after contacting the passport office they said just get the person who has known you the longest to sign it (12months) and just put a cover letter in explaining this

i got mine granted last week applied in feb

not even agents cost?

as titled anyone done this?

hi i am currently looking in to getting the 187 visa i have worked in Australia on a who for the past 18 months but i am unsure were i stand and if i will qualify,the company i work for will nominate me as a hvac duct installer but i have no trade qualifications but do have 10 years experience, the trade is on the list of workers needed in Australia and there is not a trade qualification you can get for this type of work. Could this be a problem?
