  1. Thanks pumpkin. Did you hit any complications? How much did it cost you to do it yourself if you do not mind me asking?
  2. Pumpkin, I realise that just browsing the Internet which then led me to this site with some promise and lots of great information. I also realise that there is no guarentee and have read many people say it hasnt worked out for them. (I have read quite a bit of the forum) I am willing to have a go and see what comes of it for my family. Thank you for the link. I have looked into these. Is it possible to Organise it all yourself and not go through an agency? Cheers
  3. Hello, This question probably has been asked many times before. What are the chances of getting a sponsorship or a job and getting A Visa to Austrialia for myself and family. I am 28 years young which seems to be a good age. I have been working in It for 10 years now and have many skills The main reason I want to move is due to a better life style for my children which are 2 years old and 2 months. Any advice would be great. Just to clarify If i got a sponsorship or job offer I would consider moving to Australia ASAP. Mods if this is in the wrong place sorry Many thanks
  4. Hello Topender. I have sent my CV and covering letter to both emails just in case. Look forward to hearing from you. This is a great opportunity by the way
  5. Hello, First off I am new to this forum. I have been lurking for a while monitoring certain threads. I am now seriously thinking of moving to Australia. I am told with my profession (hardware technician/Systems Administrator) I can gain state sponsorship. I have tried to do an EOI (Expression of Interest) and it is asking for a skills assessment. Why is this needed for example? I have the relevant experience and qualifications. Is it better to get an agent or do it yourself? Any help would be appreciated. thanks
