Hello I am hoping that someone can advise me on the 186 visa it asks education history . I have a degree but it then asks for secondary education for which my husband has no certificate as he left school 30years ago. what do we need to do I thought with a British passport we did not have to do a English test or provide education details for my husband ??? Please help

Thank you rammygirl. Do I need to do it all at the same time or can I make the account and put the nomination number in later . Also do I need to do the form 80 now or wait and see if they ask. thank you for your help .

Hello I am hoping you all can put me in the right direction . I have received my nomination number and not quite sure what do now. am I right in thinking I have to make a immi account collate all my info including police checks and forms 80 and upload all the info which is certified then.to prove 3 year work rule will p 60x3 and letter from hr and my boss be ok as long as they state I have been there over 3 years full time. all advice appreciated Thanks

Hello I have been nominated on a 186 direct entry. can anyone advise me if the process of the application is quite simple and so I would not need to use an agent. I am a bit confused about proving the English language ? Can you just do this with a passport. any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone, can anyone please tell me how to pre load medicals and police checks . I have been sponsored on a 186 just waiting for skills assessment to come back before the nomination is lodged by my employer. can anyone tell me can I get the medicals done and police checks in preparation for the nomination so it can all go in at the same time. how do I do this? Can do it from the UK? all help greatly received.

Hi Ryso It was a really easy process I emailed my case officer and asked him to confirm I could collect it on a tourist visa and what documents I had to produce as I did not want any problems when I arrived . I went in to the office they photocopied my documents and 5 days latter I had an email to say I was registered. ANMAC was straight forward I asked AHPRA to send a certificate of registration and then it was birth certificate , uni transcripts ,nmc certificate of entry, certificate of registration au, marriage certificate and uni degree certificate I hope this helps

Hi Ryso I attended in person to certify my identity and I am now registered in Australia and I am back in the Uk. I applied to ANMAC under a modified assessment and did not have to do the dreaded Ilets. it also meant the assessment was cheaper and quicker. I hope this helps !

Hello everyone I am hoping someone can help me out . I can't seem to find the answers to my questions. I was originally going to come out on a 457 and so applied to AHPRA and found out this week I have now got my letter of eligibility. I am now coming out on a sponsored PR visa and have to do my ANMAC assessment. I am coming to oz in September and my plan is to pick up my registration then . Can anyone please tell me. If I can pick this up on a tourist visa and what documents I will need to get certified to send to ANMAC when I'm tree.
