Hey guys, I GOT IT!!! Finally our 186 came through yesterday arvo!!! I couldn't believe it! IT IS a MIRACLE!! My timeline: Nomination + Application : 28-06-2013 Letter of acknowledgement - same day Further medical exams (partner only) submitted on the 25-07-2013 No more contacts until... Nomination and Visa approved 26-09-2013 Direct Stream, with MA and DR. Architectural Draftsperson Rock & Roll!!! Thanks to everyone, and good luck to those who are still waiting !!

Initially, I was on a 457 visa for 15 months but the company got shut down as they lost the whole contract/business. Hi, sorry but, did u lodge the application before or after the Company got shut down??

Hi Guys, My partner and I are waiting for a decision on our 186 application lodged via MA with DR. (Direct stream). Our Timeline: Nomination + Application submitted 28-06-13 Partner medical results submitted later: 25-07-13 Case Officer: not assigned yet Let's hope for the best. Cheers Max
