My timeline is - Occupation - Cafe or Restaurant Manager ( without 2 years experience) Office - Parramata Rcb applied - 25/10/2013 Rcb approved - 14/11/2013 Visa and nomination applied - 15/11/2013 Visa and nomination approved - 12/03/2014 Best of luck to everyone out there who are waiting for visas.

Hi blossom, as I have contacted two migration agents. This is the third one. It's a page called my access Australia. My owner agreed to sponser me a as restaurant manager. My concern is do I qualify to get sponser as a manager and do I need a 2 year experience before applying. Thanks for the reply blossom.. They are migration agents. I googled it, it says I need skill level 2. And restaurant managers are not considered in trade, so they don't need 2 year experience. That's what I have been told. I am consulting Matilda as well. Let's see what they say.

Yes, I have consulted couple of more lawyers, they saying same thing, I am confused. Can't make any decision.

Thanks for reply. But I have talk to my lawyer and he said that you don't need any experience and advanced diploma in hospitality management will do to apply rsms. I am confused, what to do.

Hello everyone. I have advance diploma in hospitality management(commercial cookery) cert 3. I can't apply rsms as a chef cause I don't have 2 year experience. So my employer agree to sponser me a restaurant manager. As I have done course in cookery, will I be to apply rsms as a manager. Can anyone help me with this. thanks

Hi blossom, thanks for reply, as my lawyer said that you can attach your Ielts after when you get 7 in each module as per berengual case. So I did that. But now am not sure.
