  1. Hi Syeem, You will get the grant soon.
  2. Hello, Congratulations for CO allocation! TRIM is 'The Requirement Is Mandatory'. Please reply back to CO via attachment. Grant day is coming...
  3. I lodged 190 on 6-AUG-2013 Best of luck everyone
  4. But applicant sometimes really confused what he/she/3rdsex could claim in EOI... Confusion point is 'How to define the 'Skilled employment'? Applicant dont know cause he/she/3rdsex could not find a clear answer from DIAC website as you mentioned. And applicant could not always follow what Assessing bodie's advice for 'skilled employment' either. For example, esepcially when applicant had full-time paid work experiences before the formal qualification, Assessing body(For example ACS) would count those Prior-degree experiences as well and give the 'skilled employment' date before the date of competion of qualification. But we heard that DIAC might only count the work experience which is post-degree experiences or 5 years substitute of formal qualification, so if applicant just follow what Assessing body's advice as to claim the skilled employment start date before the qualification or degree, they might also be rejected by DIAC. So what to do then, seems applicant need firstly understand how DIAC mostly do lets say they count experience only after degree, then look whether assesing body's advice if met this condition, then decide what to claim in EOI.
  5. Hello, If you dont want to claim points for work experience, you could tick 'not relevant' checkbox in EOI after filled work experiences.
  6. Hello, have you tried this link? https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login Best regards,
  7. Hi Freakedass, I also would like think that way. But actually 'received' is system automated action. There were system issues after 5th-Aug as file uploaded with status 'required'. But yesterday seems issue had been fixed. File uploaded will show 'received' after a while just like how the system worked in the past. You can do a test as uploading any new file it will shortly turns to 'received'. Yes, also possible once CO verified all your files are ok, so everything still remain 'received', but non-relevant items will be marked as 'Not required' for example 'oversea experiences' for onshore applicants.
  8. I heard that only the status showed 'Not required' then means there is a CO has been allocated to your case. For example, for offshore applicants, work experience of AUSTRALIA is showed as 'recommended', then if CO is checking your case and downloading your file, he/she find out you are offshore with no Australia experience, then he/she will manually change the status from 'recommended' to 'not required'. Other files if no issues will still remain 'Received' and if any issues, status will change from 'Received' to 'Required', one mail from CO is expected for requesting additional documents.

Hello, Looks like the game rule has been changed without any notice:chatterbox: New rules looks like below: They firstly define the Priority Level for each Occupation code and sort the occupation in descending order by priority lvl. Each occupation code has their own quota limit in each round. Then the invitations will be issued to highest priority occupations first, then the highest ranking EOIs in descending order, subject to quota limit of each round for every occupation. The total quota limits for all occupations will be the number such as 1150 published before each round. The point is there are no notice of the change and whether it is legal for applying new rules in such a sudden? Applicants put time and money on it but could not get enough information about it.
  10. :wubclub::wubclub::wubclub: Hi Syeem, very great answer!! I have also done many works even by reading the Law of 'Migration Regulations 1994' , in volume3, indeed DIAC only check if the applicant is suitable under the ANZSCO code or not by the relevant Assessing Authority. There is different way for DIAC to calculate the work experience as they start to count experience when you passed 'entry level qualification' - normally after one got bachelor degree..etc. Thank you very much!! Hope you all the best on your application. Look forward to hearing you be granted. Best regards, haiwind
  11. Dear Syeem, I saw you are under ACS ANZSCO code. May i know when you had got the ACS result letter? As i heard ppl got new format result letter from May-2013. There is one statement as mentioned on the result letter said 'The following employment after YYYY-DD-MM are skilled and relevant to nominated ANZSCO code.' Normally the date as indicated on that statement is 2 years or 4 years after the start of the working experience. So many ppl confused as they might lose points cause seems working experience has been reduced. And they claim their working experience only after the ACS mentioned date instead of full working experience. May i know if you have the same situation? And have you claimed full working experiences including those years before the ACS mentioned date? Hope kindly share, thank you very much. Best regards, Haiwind
