Why dont you contact the office of immigration minister or ur local MP. explain them what has happened abd make sure ur previous agent hasnt done anythinh anky panky

I know its a pain in d back but from what u explained i feel coz it took u more than a month to supply the doxs and employer letter in sep 3 months after the request that is delaying the case. Y dont u call them ans see wat they say

U have to explain the whole scenario as a ma can never ask u to pay 4000 unless ur employer has told him to do so which id not legal. U must tell ur employer if the agent is organised by him ot her also contact ma and tell them that you will approach mara who issues licence to them also u can fill a form which i dont remeber on top of my head fill tjat in and that will take ur ma off ur file as soon as it gets to immi

I wouldn't say top level but sector which requires people asap gets picked up fasted. industry who send the requirements to Australian industry group then AIG sends the requirements further to the govt. that's how they see. with high salary govt gets more taxes so hope that helps

Hi longwait. Yea u almost there and i wish it was 3 weeks but my wife's passport whichis expirinng in few months was issued overseas so it has to go there for verification and other thibgs that makes it 8 weeks and plus 4 weeks for pcc

Statement from employer goes along the file . My lawyer had asked my employer and have attached along d file. If my file opens in 2 months it will delay as my partners passport is going for renewal then we can apply for pcc. Hopefully we new passport n pcc in 3 mo ths

Hi Laura, would do today. Also the website says passport expiry must be 6 months or more but doesn't say what are the other options such a waste of time.

i tried to apply pcc but it says on online form that my passport is due to expire in less than 6 months and it wont let me go further any help or info? Plz

i would say yes just to save time in case they ask for it you would have to do it and that will consume and waste time. Now I have seen posts where people have been asked to submit them. Either fill it n keep it ready to upload if they ask you else fill and upload won't take more than 30 min if you have your details handy I did mine

Yea just relax as per the average approval results approvals are coming in 3.5-5 months. I would say for may applications you can expect the approvals from 20 sep to 1 oct. Rest is to see what are actuals numbers

Hi Laura, Thanks for the reply the only thing is they not open during the weekend and I am just bit paranoid that if I would need to apply for another passport until I am allowed to apply PCC. it will just waste my 2 months. so I thought ill ask someone here if someone knows or has gone through similar situation if not exactly same. Thanks a lot. By the way my nomination is lodged and visa will be lodged on Monday . Fingerscross.
