Hi there, technicaly yes you need to rest depends on co sometimes you wont be asked to provide another one. But thats just 1 out of 1000 cases. So having said that you need to provide clearance for all the countries visited (i think its in last 2 years). So if you visited india after applying 186 visa you have to arrange one again. (Just take it this way, immi doesnt know you you might have done something during your trip not that you have done, but for instance).

Nom 26/06/2015, Visa 29/06/2015 Ive looked into it again and found this which i guess is different from what we earlier discussed that the the process will delay if the processing passes 12 months but here what it says- if you have lodged you visa wait untill your case officer request fpr medicals (type of medical and or if any required). It doesnt say if the processing takes longer than 12 months . e * I have already lodged my Australian visa application You will be advised by email or by your case officer what health examinations you need to do (if any). You will then be requested to complete these examinations within a certain time period. Please wait until your visa case officer contacts you, do not use the*My Health Declarations*service if you have already lodged a visa application. It will delay processing of your visa application. Note:*To minimise processing delays, you should complete your required health examinations as soon as possible after your case officer has advised you to do so.

Hmm thats one aspect i was thinking about as i dont happen to understand why would it delay like it wont get lost in other folders aa it will still be linked to visa application as it will have a hap id genersted by entering details but lets get into it and call immi tomorow ans see what they have to say. Im sure wont get a rihht answer in one go as some immi guys on phone just like customer care reps from a mobile company. ( many of them )

Hi welcome, If you have a valid 457 visa and stays valid till the point you return you ok to go. if you have a 457 which might expire while outside australia make sure your bridging visa is subclass B not A. If you have a bridging visa a make sure you inform immi and convert it to bridging visa A. i dont think it will delay your application rest how immi operates no clue.

@ahad @longwait now the thing is hap id is generated either via case officer or by filling my health declaration so either way you ma has provided it to you theres no other way that your ma has given hap id to you

Im sure we shoupd trust our ma or lawyers and i was about to organise medicals but immis website says it clearly to wait untill you are requested else there will be a delay. Lets get into it and find out.

Now its getting confusing immis website recommend and says you must perform medicals once reqyested ( for people who have applied for visa) and also says applicatiom will be delayed if you do it without being requested. some advise and help as to shall i undergo or not will be helpfull

I can retrieve that onlinr in 10 min by doin my health declaration but ut is clearly mentioned on department website LINK ABOVE. If co asks for it the hap id will be allocated to your file and will rcieve results quicker than normal. (Thats what it means). So i would rather wait. If you do medicals before lodging file then i would say ut is decision ready. Dont jist rely on lawyerd ans MA , they are humans lile you who male mistakes so do your own research. Best of luck

Hey ahad... na nothing yet. I was thinking ill get my medicals done meanwhile but immi website says if a person has lodged the visa he or she must wait until they are requested by immi to undergo medicals else file can get delayed.

Does this means application is in processing. ? CO allocated ?. As the status is still application received. Hey sheila how are ya . A quick question were you asked or requested by co for medicals or you booked medicals prior to lodgment of your file. As i read on immi website that if you apply by filling medical declaration after lodging the file it might result in delay of file process.just curious if you can tell more about it ta. There are many pending from may and june as well. Had a wprd with my lawyer, their firm had 2 approvals yesterday fromay files . So there are many applicants wgo are not on this forum. But hope we on this forum get it asap. Cheers

Like i said, most businesses accept it 6 months or less older thats because legislation requires themto do so. Immi can technicaly request for another one depending on case officer Though some places also say its valid till 1 year but hey dont mix validity with actual. A person can apply one in january and commit a fraud and bash few in the pub in aug thiat is 8 months in september he applies for a real estate agents job and gets through hands over his old police check and starts a new life n stay financially happy ever after.

that shouldn't affect your file this is part of business loss abd profits is apart of turbulent times. Somes businesses are insolvent as well though they got people approved. My friend has a real estate firm he sponsored a sales manager his business was insolvemt (was in minus) but he had few investment and renovation projects which he showed source of income to immi and was ok

Most businesses and workplaces accept afp checks which ate 6 month and less older. So would suggest to apply another one in case its over 6 months old.

Absolutely you can you can lodge the file abd apply for pcc submit it as soon as you recieve it.
