to everyone asking for 2 yrs exp req...... if you have completed your main courses (2 years)by default( nt RPL) you wont need any exp... if u modify anything later by doing cert 4 or diploma u will be busted... to confirms ask pplz around you who got PR .....

what if i am adding my suppose after visa is granted means suppose is overseas but medical and polcie cleraences are done.what visa subclass should i apply for 187 or partner visa?thanks

i want to apply for my suppose and i am on 187 visa.what IELTS band score is needed? 4.5 in each of four components? or an average of 4.5 overall.:confused:

just here to say to all the people who will be applying for 187 and dunt want to wait to long or want to get nomination and visa same time PLEASE SUBMIT ALL THE DOCUMENTS(MEDICAL,PCC) when you apply. i know guys now including myself and my housemate whoz decision was made without signs of case officers.its my believe if the file is prepared porperly and hv all the documents ready nomination and visa will be granted very quickly. i got mine in 3 months my frind got in 4 months.its very stressfull to wait.....

my timeline rcb applied 13 december 2013 rcb approved 16 december 2013 visa and nomination applied 17 december 2013 visa granted 18-3-2014 retail manager no sign of case officer i just wanna mention 1 thing i didnt apply DRC bt hv provided all the DOCS as DRC. i think it helps. best of luck all waiting there..

yes it is... he applied in november .. even i know a few other people who had THE DIPLOMA (not done with RPL) werent asked for experience.its may be just the people with cert 4 or RPL studies.

it looks so odd my room mates visa got approved few days ago baker and no experience.did u hv cert IV only or diploma??

Hi all Is there any restrictions on how many people a company can sponsor? I got a job at a bakery in regional queensland and the will be sponsoring 3 pplz togather 2 baker 1 manager.its a tourist place. How do the business income is counted? Its very busy for 7-8 months and quite for 3-4 months. Immi go for yearly turnover or at the time of applying or approval. thx

thanks alan as my Ma has said so far after handing me the copy of same thing as u have posted, he said you will need 2 years experience if sponsored as COOK.but if as restaurant manager you wont need experience.

deep sandhu. i understand ur concern.i went to see migration agent yesterday and he printed the whole new policy for me which states that for example cert 3,4 and diploma of hospitality will require 2 years full time work experience is sponsored as cook.i know it is totally unfair as if pplz hv 2 years experience they wd go for ens not for rsms as they wd hv to move to regional areas...... and typical Australian 485 graduate only have 1.5 year to gain experience.so at this stage u might be asked for experience. tc 22g
