For my understand, when Co called to request doc, the timeframe is 7 days. If co sent email, so the timeframe is 28 days... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I don't know, but refer to the spreadsheet, usually we get PR after 28-31 days from the day co asked for more docs.

I believe DIBP is processing late August and early Sep file now...To be honest, You don't need to call, I think it is a waste of time...

MAs are doing their business, but we are only taking care of ourselves...so you need to check every single documents....otherwise, like me, need to wait another 28 days.

I think every MA is JP as well... In my opinion, we can only trust 50% of MA...
