Thanks for this Rezasol, very useful. Yes I confirmed with ICAA today you have to be a full member to pass the skills assessmnt. I dont have a degree, no This is all quite new to me. SO instead of getting a skills assessment on my qualifications do you mean I can get a skills assessment done on my work experience instead? Would I just need a letter from my employers saying I have the relevant experience? And this isn't the same as going down the employer sponsered route is it? Would this still be applying independently, just getting points for my work experience rather than qualifications? Is that right? I could get my PR through my employer but dont really want to be tied down and they use a very expensive agent which Im not too keen on paying for.
