My bother would never move back he has been in Australia for 30 years married and 2 kids he's happy and settled.

I only have a brother and he lives in oz I have no children. So I feel I'm up shit creek

My dad is happy for me to go but my mum has just been diagnosed with dementia although healthy

Yes I'm a citizen but no siblings in the UK which is making it difficult and I'm 61 now

After losing my husband 2 years ago im thinking of moving back to Melbourne after 20 years in UK. I have family in oz but elderly parents in UK who are both healthy don' know what to do. Hi Petals thanks for that, I'm absolutely terrified of them, also I have a wee terrier which I will be bringing over and I would hate if anything happened to him re a snake, I don't want to be living in fear of going out incase I come across a snake. aggi

We are moving back to OZ in March 2015 to the Mornington/Safety Beach area and my husband loves his Celtic football team, is there local pubs where he can watch games or do you get it in Foxtel:chatterbox:

We were actually in Mornington last September and I really liked it, I enjoy lots of shops etc as I live in Glasgow so well used to a busy life, we looked at the new Marina at Safety Beach and loved the houses there too, we will make a decision once we get there. We are moving back to OZ at the end of this year, we previously stayed in Melbourne 18 years ago for 12 years, we came back re family. We are now going back to semi retire and will be hopefully staying in the Mornington/Safety Beach area, I hope to get a part time job as a Medical Secretary just 1/2 days a week, we have family and friends in Melbourne and they think we will get bored in Mornington, I would like to know what other people think that actually live there. I think it's a lovely place.
