Hello, I am on 190 WA Visa... I am struggeling to find a job at the moment.. Does anyone can help me about Taking a Release letter from the State? So that I can Move somewhere else. Please suggest if anyone have any information.. what are the requirements and how can I apply for Release of commitment condition from State. Many Thanks.

Hi everyone, I have submitted my EOI on 21/08/2013 with 60 points for 242211 occupation and I chose WA as my preferred state. I am still waiting for Invitation from WA. Has anyone submitted EOI nearby to this date? What is your status now? Please share.

Hi I am still waiting for WA State Sponsorship Invitation. I Submitted my EOI on 21/08/2013 and selected WA as my State of Choice. I contacted department and they said it usually takes one week.. But in my case its more than a week. How much time do they take to process nomination for approval..? I checked on-line it says 14 application days. Do they consider 14 working days or just normal days..? I have limited Visa so I am bit concerned at the moment. And for 190 Visa Application how much would be the charges ? I checked someone here in this thread said $6120.... Is it gone that up...? I was thinking it would be $ 3560 after 1st September.

Hello Everyone, I have received positive skill assessment (VETASSESS). I have just submitted my EOI and I wanted to apply for state sponsorship W.A. I found out that the process to apply for State Sponsorship has been changed. After contacting Department they said I need to wait for Invitation from State for nominated occupation. Has anyone applied for state nomination (190) Visa recently? How much time you have to wait for nomination? Please suggest and share your views.

​Hi Everyone, I would like to know some information if anyone can help. I am working as Vocational Educational teacher in Perth from last one year. I am eligible for 489 Visa subclass. I want to know when I apply my visa application Can I include my Partner who is overseas now and never been to Australia Yet? I was suggested by someone when I will be lodging my application Her visa will be granted as well If I include in the application. Does this matter being onshore or offshore of partner? As I am in Australia and she will be overseas by the time of lodgement. Also Does anyone know how to get Overseas Qualification Points for Migration? I had bachelors in IT back home but What I studied here is different so I don;t know if I can claim those points. I heard one person did like this but I don;t know the process. If I can get those points so that I can make my application as 190. Please suggest. Cheers
