Hi, my husband has 14+ years experience in commercial gas over here in the U.K, is Gas Safe registered but has no formal qualifications such as City and Guilds. I contacted TRA by email to see if his previous experience would count, they advised us that he will probably be unsuccessful. Has anyone done the assessment without formal quals? Any help on this guys will be really appreciated. Wendy

hi guys My main question is after completing my level 2 in barbering would I be able to find work in Brisbane? i have searched high and low on the web for barbering courses that I could maybe do along side working in a barbershop but cannot seem to find anything the Brisbane school of hairdressing doesn't even offer anything, any ideas? any info would be appreciated cheers

Hi i have been looking for polywelding jobs in Brisbane but I notice that most of the jobs I find are based around Perth and asking for applicants to have an Australian polywelding certificate. l1. Does anyone know how I can obtain one of these from the U.K 2. Does anyone know if polywelding jobs are more available in Perth? ​thanks guys

Hi guys, me and my family are looking to go to Brisbane on a 457 visa. currently I have 13 years experience in water /gas utilities repair and maintenance/plant operator/supervising. I was wondering does anyone know of any companies looking to hire for this type of work?. I have tried looking on recruitment sites but find it difficult to find the right terminology to describe the job I do. if anyone thinks they can help I would ally appreciate this.
