Thanks gbuss ))) I added all fees up together off the immi website ie partner fee, main applicant fee and child fee. Feel daft now but to be fair i have not seen it mention the one fee any where throughout whole process.

Chrisblack is the 3080 for you and partner? That's what I'v paid for me and hubby but I thought it was my fee plus partner fee plus children's fee. I am very very confused. :confused:

Well done everyone. Hi I have just lodged as the main applicant with my husband on the application also. I am confused because I have only been asked to pay $3060 which is the fee for mine alone. I assumed it would be this amount plus the partner amount which worked out about $5000 and something altogether. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks in advance

Hi would greatly appreciate any advice on putting together the statement for court, for use when applying for a leave to remove a child and also the pack. I have a good idea of what is required in the pack but I am unsure of how to word background info on breakdown of relationship without sounding bitter or angry (partner became violent). I have not applied to the court yet as I would like to get the paper work in order first esp as I am due to give birth in feb. I am planning on representing myself until the last hearing to keep costs down so any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.
