Applicant from India generally how many days it takes for 189 .... ..after CO is allocated and all docs is front loaded ...application status is :- In progress( lodged on DEC 2012 )... from so many days .. any one who got VISA or in process and had experience please clarify ..because in official site it shows 18 months for 189 PR. I m worried by the time my PCC and Medical will expire if i takes 18 months time ....

I am from India ( Currency INR ), an I.T Proffessional got Invitation today and now want to lodge my application but the issue is I need to pay 3060$= 1.8 LACS INR, but I don't own any credit card. Infact I have the International Debit card ( VISA type ) with cash withdraw limit of more then 3060 $ =1.8 lacs , but still I m worried Since I could not see anywhere in DIAC site and in this Forum mentioning the payment from Debit card... Please suggest how to approach in this situation....and If anyone have made payment from International Debit card (Indian currency ) then please comments. Tanks a Ton in advance..... It would be so helpful to me to get Guidance with in short time.
