Not having a pop bud, A CO may have been assigned to it already, a lot of people don't hear anything from their CO/Team until it's granted. Hope you hear something soon.

I hope I don't offend anybody when I say I find it particularly frustrating that I come from a low risk country, don't require IELTS, lodged decision ready, work for large reputable employer and still the internal checks are dragging on.

I hoping that it's taking that bit longer as my MA lodged visa and nom Together as Decision Ready along with police checks and Medicals! Fingers crossed it all comes through at once lol

Would there be any specific reason? I work for a large employer that has sponsored a few people. It's very frustrating.

Is it advisable to write " demands" to immi as your application is still well within the time frame of processing . My MA won't contact immi unless the processing time frame has elapsed as immi can just tell you that it's still within the processing time and to wait.

I actually think you're right, from what I've been told from immi, they told me they are just waiting on some internal checks to come back regarding the nom before they can finalise everything.

Your taking this the wrong way! (Sigh) and I dint believe it is helpful predicting someone's grant day as you can't? If DIAC can't predict it then we deffo can't.

Correct, nothing wrong at all with giving each other positive comments and well wishing, however I think telling someone that they will be granted on this day or that day is counter productive as we don't know when it will be granted. It's anyone's guess???

Don't get me wrong, I know it's frustrating and the not knowing makes us all think the worst, it's only natural to worry about these things, I was pulling my hair out not long ago as I couldn't get any info on my nom, DIAC won't tell you, my MA won't Contact DIAC as its still well within the processing time. But when my employer told me that the CO is scheduled to look at the nom, I know nothing can happen until that date. I've been informed that the visa app is fine and it's just waiting on the outcome of nom now. But people guessing each other's dates is wrong.

I really don't mean to be rude, but people "analysing" and trying to calculate other applicants approvals isn't helping anyone. Not one case is the same and not everyone's case will follow the same time line. People have different CO's and the CO's have different levels of work, some are quicker than others, some go on sick leave and some on annual leave. Like I said before if you are still within the 6-8 months processing time it could be any day. If it's earlier than this then it's a bonus! But please people stop predicting others grant times as you may be giving them unrealistic expectations.

I'm not even gonna worry about it until week when the CO is scheduled to look at my nom. Hopefully they will be happy with it and have no issues with it.

Don't worry Mani, we have similar time line, my employer spoke with immi yesterday and they advised everything is fine and CO is scheduled to look at the nom on the 15th! We gotta remember that the processing time is 6 months. Anything earlier is a bonus. Also when I spoke to immi, they told me they are just waiting on the outcome of the nom.

So finally some info on my nom! I had an email from my employer saying that "they had spoke with immi and the nom is scheduled to be looked at on the 15th" I was under the impression it was already being looked at but still now I know what's going on!!! Finally answers! And as far as immi told me the only thing my visa decision is waiting on is the out come of the nom!!!

Number is on your application, and they will ask for application ID or TRN number. Will also ask you verification questions .

You don't get to speak with the CO's, you speak with the admin team, they are very friendly and helpful
