Wages: UK Workers In Europe's Bottom Four The average hourly wage has fallen by 5.5% since 2010 - even more than austerity-hit Spain, which has seen a 3.3% drop in the same period. Only three countries - Greece, Portugal and the Netherlands - have had a steeper decline in pay than the UK. In Germany, hourly wages rose by 2.7% over the same period and in France there was a 0.4% increase. Across the EU as a whole the average fall in wages, adjusted for the European Central Bank' s harmonised index of consumer prices, was -0.7% and in the eurozone area it was -0.1%. Shadow Treasury minister Cathy Jamieson said: "These figures show the full scale of David Cameron's cost of living crisis. Working people are not only worse off under the Tories, we're also doing much worse than almost all other EU countries. "Despite out of touch claims by ministers, life is getting harder for ordinary families as prices continue rising faster than wages. "People on middle and low incomes have also seen tax rises and cuts to tax credits, while millionaires have been given a huge tax cut." Labour has highlighted the rising cost of living in its attacks on the Government's economic policies. Workers will have lost £6,660 by the time of the next election and incomes will be £1,520 lower in real terms in 2015 than in 2010, according to Labour analysis of Office for Budget Responsibility forecasts. David Cameron's 35 consecutive months of falling real wages is worse than any other Prime Minister on record and spending power has dropped in every month but one under coalition rule as price rises outstrip wage increases. Apart from Mr Cameron, James Callaghan is the only Prime Minister on record to have overseen more than a year of constantly falling real wages, the party's analysis of Office for National Statistics figures showed. Hi guys I would like to know if there is different type of medical assessments for 190 subclass or its just one type? What would be the medical assesment for our 18 month old and what are the costs? We lodged on the 1st of August and we are not sure wether we should book medicals and police check without CO or should we wait for CO to request medicals and PCC? As our MA advised us not to book anything. Many thanks

Ask to have your tasks written down. As long as you have it signed on headed paper you should be ok.

I might not be a big help in this case the only thing I can say is I've been in the states on tourist visa for over 6 years which means illegally. And I came back to the UK end of 2003 so I had to put down my address in New Jersey. I did ask my MA what if they gonna ask questions about it and she said the worst case scenario is they will ask for police report. Our application is lodged as my wife as the main applicant too. I think you should answer the questions asked on the form. Now if I can remember right they only interested In The past ten years and the criminal convictions. I think they will see that your husband settled down with kids etc they won't make any problem out of it
