  1. Dear all, Today I went with my partner to have medical tests. We went through the whole examination and at the end the doctor told me he is unable to upload my partner's photo in EHealth and all other medical data. A week before the examination we printed our referral letters after we followed the link "Organise your health examinations" in the main application window. He said he'll try to fix this problem, but I am completely sure he does not know how to do it. The problem is in the system. My partner is listed in EHealth with TRN, but the doctor is unable to edit any info. What should I do? Please provide me with some phone numbers I call in DIAC to fix the problem (or similar). I still do not have my CO. Thank your very much!
  2. Thank you! But, is it OK to file the 1022 Form once she passes the IELTS test? (Or after she applies for IELTS test?)
  3. Ok, but what happens if she does not prove functional English? Will it affect outcome of my visa grant? Is it OK to file the 1022 Form once she passes the IELTS test?
  4. Can anyone answer my questions in this thread? Thank you! http://www.pomsinoz.com/forum/migration-issues/171621-adding-de-facto-partner-190-visa-after-application.html
  5. Dear all, I submitted the 190 visa application a day ago. I still do not have a CO. In the application I stated: 1. "Are there any migrating family members included in this application?" NO. 2. Does the applicant have any dependent family members not travelling to Australia who are not Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents? YES (and listed my partner) Q1. Will I be able to include my partner in the application after she passes the IELTS test? Q2. When should I file Form 1022: Notification of changes in circumstances? (After she applies for IELTS or once we have results? Why?) Q3. How much time does my partner have for passing the IELTS test? (I know it should be ASAP, but what's maximum time?) Thank you very much for your kind answers.
  6. Thanks. But, will I have to prove our relationship if she remains excluded (just as non-migrating dependent family member)?
  7. We have clear a justification of the situation, she has a six months contact in an international organisation. Can I include her in the application when she passes the IELTS test (before visa is granted)?
  8. Thank you very much for the clarification. We are able to prove are relationship. But, what do you think, will we have to do it now because she is not migrating with me?
  9. Yes, she will. And yes, this was the only place I could put details of my de facto partner. So you say that my application regarding this is fine? But, will we have to prove our relationship now? (It's a genuine relationship, but it could be time consuming, especially since she is not going right away with me.)
  10. Yes, this is because of English test and her job contract. Yes, we plan to get together in a year (or so). Are you saying that this is actually wise to include her in this application as a dependent non-migration family member? I am relieved if this is so.
  11. My girlfriend is not migrating with me, but I put her as a non-migration dependent (I am unsure if this is ok because she is not anyhow "dependent" on me). Will we have to prove out de facto relationship in this case? Is it ok to leave her the application like this or exclude her by submitting 1022 form?
  12. Hi all, Please help. I submitted today application for 190 visa. I put my girlfriend (de facto partner) as a non-migrating family member. When I was asked "Are there any migrating family members included in this application?" I said NO. When asked "Does the applicant have any dependent family members not travelling to Australia who are notAustralian citizens or Australian permanent residents?" I said YES and listed my girlfriend (de facto). However, I think I made a mistake, because my girlfriend is not anyhow dependent of me (financially, housing, etc.). What is the definition of dependent? Do I have to submit the form 1022: Notification of changes in circumstances and ask for exclusion of my girlfriend from the application? Is this possible? Thank you very much for the right answer.
  13. Thanks. I have listed my girlfriend (de facto) in the application as a family member not migrating to Australia. But, then, when asked about dependent family member I listed her again under "Are there any dependent family member not migrating?" I said yes. However, she is not dependent on me. I am now confused. Should I change my application stating that I do not have dependent family member who are not migrating with me? Thanks a lot for a quick reply.
  14. Hi all, Why I am asked to provide DIAC with medical tests of my de facto partner who is not migrating with me? Where can I find official explanation/instructions on this? Visa 190.
  15. Oh, great. Thanks. So they have understanding for the incomplete upload... So, what happens when you upload all the documents? Just wait for DIAC decision?
  16. Thanks. Did you upload all the documents until 17th December? What happens if I don't upload all the documents at the moment of officer allocation of application?
  17. Thanks. Is the date of my submission of application the first day of the 6 months period (priority group number 3) in which I have to get the final answer from DIAC? As I understood it, after I submit the application, upload documents, it usually takes about 5 weeks for my application to be allocated to an immigration officer? I am right? In which stage do I get notification to do medical tests and embassy interview? Thanks a lot! Truly appreciate your help.
  18. Thank you very much for your answer. But, I cannot find the link where I can upload documents. I did as you told me, got an email with the TRN number, log onto EOI, clicked "Apply visa", filled the forms, and now the only option I have is to enter credit card details and press "Submit application". I still cannot find the link where I am supposed to upload documents. When I'll be able to upload scanned documents? After I pay? I logged on via this link: https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login.....but I only have option to fill the forms and pay, not to upload documents....
  19. How have you reached this stage of application without taking an English test? http://www.immi.gov.au/skills/skillselect/index/visas/subclass-190/#english-language-ability
  20. Dear people, Please tell me when do I start uploading scanned documents online? I have received invitation for visa 190 and I have filled all the required data in the online form, and now the system asks me to pay the visa fee of 3060 AUD. What should I do? Pay the fee and wait for upload instructions? It would be great if you could bullet point next steps I should take. Thank you very much.
  21. @ Rupert Thanks. I completely understand what you mean. But still, I am worried about this sentence: "You need to take only the general test unless otherwise advised by your skills assessing authority". If you follow this logic, it goes like this: I was advised by my assessing authority to take academic test, therefore I can't take the general test. (I am just trying to challenge the underlined requirement). Sorry for going too much in detail, but I need to be 100% sure. @ walkwater Thanks for info.
  22. Hi guys, I already wrote about this issue at the following thread, but now I need more specific answer from CPA/ICAA/IPA applicants. http://www.pomsinoz.com/forum/migration-issues/163290-ielts-academic-general.html I have one question. My situation is this. I passed Academic IELTS test and I got marks above 7 in all four components which was enough and required for positive Skills assessment (acquired from CPA Australia). With this score, I can claim 10 points, e.g. for visa subclass 189. Now, am I allowed to take General IELTS test, and, am I allowed to claim 20 points on English language requirement if I get at least 8 in all four test components . This way I would have 65 points instead of 55. (I believe it is easier to score 8 on general than on academic...) This is what DIAC says: "There are two IELTS tests—an academic test and a general training test. You need to take only the general test unless otherwise advised by your skills assessing authority." (I was actually advised by my assessing authority to take academic test. Now, I am unsure whether DIAC would accept my new general test). http://www.immi.gov.au/skills/skills.../subclass-189/ My question can be rephrased in this way: I know that DIAC would accept my Academic IELTS, but would it accept my General IELTS (having all written concerns in mind)? If answer is yes, and if possible, please provide a link where it is written explicitly. Thank you very much for clarifying this for me.
  23. That is good idea. Thank you very much for your help.
