Just wondering if you have any advice for this case that I have:
We are in the process of lodging 173, and 143 eventually. However since my 3 children are just teenagers under 18, a close relative of ours (my cousin) is sponsoring on their behalf. Is this acceptable? Reason for us really considering this is that my ex-husband, who is the father of my children is getting married soon and will be leaving OZ and will be settling off in another country. Pretty much, he asks if I could take over supervising our children permanently. My 3 children are Australian citizens, and so is my cousin, and my ex. I would love to be able to take care of my children now once and for all, and they are also very excited to know if I can permanently move with them. At the moment, I am only able to visit them in Oz only 2 times in a year, because I am only on tourist visa. Looking after the children physically & financially and providing for them permanently would be me needing to have a job in Oz, and I see that 173 gives you work rights. Btw, I am 35 y/o... and yes we got married quite young back in the day.
Is my case a go?
