<p><p>hey sandhu i got acknowledgement with lot of mistakes on it with hand written name and DOB even subclass also wrong its says 856. took it parramatta office today and the guy couldnt believe it. anyway hes given me a new letter </p></p>

DRC means (decision ready check-list) when you supply all the relevant doc. with your application which help DIAC to make a quick decision on your application. to make your application DRC you have to have migration agent. http://www.immi.gov.au/gateways/agents/pdf/faq-ens-rsms.pdf

hi guys i lodged my RSMS application (DRC) at parramatta on 2/03/12. payment taken on 5/03/12 my question is, how do i know whether DIAC considered my application DRC or not ?? many thanks

i dont think there will be any changes from 8th of march. yes immi has invited suggestion from the employer and employees who have been granted RSMS to make this scheme work better with intention of applying changes in conjunction of EOI (1st july 2012)

hi all i am cook. my employer wants to sponsor me under RSMS scheme.application was lodged with regional body for approval on 21/12/11. received refusal letter on 13/02/12 says "cook is a level 3 position and require cert 3 only. to be sponsored under RSMS scheme position has to be diploma level or higher".i am on 485 visa which is expiring soon please help thank you
