i have CO for more than a month now still waiting for PR grant mate it was DRC

4 months how long u been waiting for?

cook ,ind ,,i got cert IV and 2 years experience and bachelor in business mgt

it is after getting CO I dont think my case is too complicated my employer sponsoring anyone first time ,i have got medical and police clearance also skill assessment ,and no dependent and family member added to application

i dont think so that old applicant have to wait more because DIAC flooded with applications in june therefore delays should start with june applicants

it could be delays for june applicants i would say...

i dont know if its happening ...but i know my employer went to job find center and some of other agencies for staff before sponsoring me ..my employer got letters from two agencies that they dont have anyone with the skill required by my employer at this stage

big influx in june making a difference in processing guideline i guess'.... as they have limited quota so they have to find reasons to refuse

whether my employer was offered or taken any money to sponsor ...

there is nothing to do with part time or full time employment ,,they refused saying "business wasn't open when it should be open "

hi there they didnt meet my employer at workplace but over the phone yes i would say its strict grilling they on asking questions and cross questions for 40mins they asked operating hours,how many business my employer has, how many people working ,whats my qualifications , how long i have to work for my employer,how my employer found me,where interview was conducted, and so on including some rude question .......

as far as i know an agency is not allowed to sponsor you because an agency cant be employer sorry if i am not getting your question

hi jacob now days most of RSMS applications getting workplace visits from immigration they have been to my workplace and also conducted telephonic interview of my employer .. and guys they are very strict now days one of my friend got refused his visa today just because when immi went to his workplace the shop wasn't open ..i dont know why it wasnt open but the reason given by immi to refuse is "business not operating according to business hours provided"

mate my advise to u is be patient ...if its lodged on 26 june and even though DRC dont hold ur breath ...DIAC received large number of application in june last week ....i would say you should wait until mid September before follow up ur application

i agree with you sandhu payslips,work history,asking about previous visa is none of their business,, they can check visa status online why would they come to ur workplace and ask about it ,,watching you working is unbelievable. are they doing skill assessment or what ... never heard story like that before ......

yes it is possible .you can become citizen after one year

nomination and visa application lodged separately can not be DRC unless nomination has been approved in advance yes, its true there is big influx due to july changes .usually perth is quicker than other centres..they are processing lodged in first week of January at the moment

yes its possible mel still processing mid December but you should be getting CO soon just in couple of weeks i guess.....

which centre you lodged at???????

they asked for operating hours ,,how many people working ,,hows business going,,wanted to speak to boss but wasn't available that's all
