  1. They probably are pending with addit docs requested or are from HR country. I guess all november applicants got at least a sign ( addit docs request, Pcc, co allocation etc ). We haven't got any of these, at least not me. I wrote to my MA yesterday if there are signs like "assessment in progress" or anything similar and he reply that we should expect this in june ((. Helpless and uninformed ! Looking forward !
  2. Thanks for reply. I believe they are really assessing but I also read that sometimes they display the status of "allocated". I hope there's no difference between thwse statuses. Reet, I believe we're close. Hopefully we hear the GREAT news until Friday. Come on Immi, come on. D*
  3. Congrats mate, enjoy success! Did you have any signs of CO allocation? Or just " assessment in progres" ? My application was lodged 9th dec. Thanks, D*
  4. If this could be an issue, is likely to be considered when nomination is assesed, isn't it Blossom?? I am nominated as Retail Manager with nomination approved in a takeâway company. The position is for Restaurant Manager. I assume when nomination is aproved, the visa assesment should be focused only on applicant details . Do you think should I be worried for a refuse of visa regarding your remark once I got nomination and no problem regarding experience ( I now have a similar position in my country for 4 y in the same company)??? Appreciate your feedback, D*
  5. Hi guys, I applied through a MA. He sent me the ack letter of lodgement ( 9 dec ). As he's not answering my emails ( busy? :arghh: ) I want to login to Immi site and look if the application was allocated to a CO. My question is, if this is going to affect in any way the application? Immi will then contact me rather then my MA? I see an option like "import" details of application so I can see the progress? Is this safe, shall I do so? Thanks in advance PS: The waiting and no news are way to much stress for me and family :skeptical:
  6. Can you share what additional docs were asked? Regarding nomination or visa application?
  7. Can you please share occupation and wether you're from Low risk or Hr country?? You're first user with december lodgement who's also allocated . I'm also a december case prior to your 19th but only today I've seen they allocate december cases ( auto reply from Immi). I've noticed that some occupations ( different from retail, cook etc) and LR country are getting a faster process and outcome. Good luck to all. D*
  8. Hi Jithu Where did you come with this info? It's just an opinion or is it based on facts, similar cases etc? I assume as Domino's is a franchise, the business should have a name and is applying as "xhtkjsodis" trading Domino's pizza. What Immigration asses is if there's a genuine need for a retail manager,, if there's no other person to attend to this job ( Aus citizen or PR ), and if you're eligible for this type of visa. What is true is that, applying on your own ( 189, independent, PR ) as retail manager, in this ANZSCO code doesn't take into consideration any Fast Food / take away positions ( brands you eg above ). So where exactly did you find this info?
  9. How come you got PR if you lodged in end of nov ?? People who lodged their app in sep and oct are still waiting for the great news. Can you please share your occupation, processement center and if you are from HR or LR country? Anyway congrats and enjoy aussie dream.
  10. would you please share the date of nomination lodgement and occupation ? Thanks
  11. Hi guys, I have MA and he told me that RCB advice was Not Supported / Unapproved but the Nomination is still at DIAC. RCB advice is not supported due to position of Retail Manager but the role in organisation is Assistant Manager which is to report to Store Manager. Second reason is ''the salary which suports the low level skill position''. My questions are : 1. Are there any persons who didn't get positive advice from RCB but got the Nomination approved? 2. Although the Nomination is lodged, can we change the aspects which were negative on RCB? 3. Can Immigration ask for more docs for Nomination before having a decision? Regards, Daniel
  12. I don't understand. When he lodged visa app in june 2013 he already have the nomination approved??? Then why it took another 6 months for the visa???:chatterbox: My MA and Sponsor also decided to lodge the nomination and after approval to lodge the visa app. But I assume once we'll have the nomination approved then visa application should take 1-2 months :notworthy:? Am I right?:skeptical:
  13. Hi Blossom , I'm curios why things are moving so fast to this type of visa (187, post june 2012) while some of the applications before june 2012 are still in the process ?? How do you explain that? Why Immigration is not ending with applications from 2012 and after that to grant the applications after june 2012 ? What's your opinion regarding this ?? Regards, D*
  14. I'm working through my sponsor in relation with MA. We are in docs prep phase. I haven't had the chance to talk with MA. Another q blossom , a DRC file is refering to both nomination and visa app ? I mean , they can both be lodged at the same time ? Many thanks, D*
  15. Hi Guys, I'm not updated with new rules on RSMS 187. Can I lodge my visa application ( DRC ) but without having IELTS for my wife and to submit her TRF after the visa application but before the approval ? She'll do IELTS in mid september and the results will be out in the begining of october and it's possible to lodge (my MA ) the application before these dates . Thanks in advance, D*
  16. Hi Sneh I'm in a pretty similar situation. Actually my sponsor has decided to cancel the nomination/sponsorship due to some local people development and some "financial difficult times":daydreaming:. All this after a nomination lodged in august 2012 and visa appl lodged in dec 2012. IMMI told me that is impossible to use my application for other nomination ( actually the application is based on a genuine nomination) so I must reapply. Now I'm struggling to recover the charge which cause a big loss. My case has been allocated to a CO . I'm also in restaurant business.
  17. Hi guys, Is there a specific form for withdrawing the RSMS application or I just write a letter/ notice to inform DIAC ?
  18. Hi guys, can somebody help me on private message with a tel number from Paramata Centre ? I want to ask about my case and after 3 emails I got nothing from them. Thank you
  19. Thank you , I've already asked DIAc and wait for reply.
  20. What if I lodged my application at the same time with the employer's nomination ( as we all did, right ? ) and now he tell me he will withdraw his nomination due to his financial issues. Can I get a refund from DIAC ?
  21. hi mates, I don't get it ... What exactly means ,,nomination approved'' and after what does DIAC approves?? My understanding is that PRCB is the nomination and it is approved after the employer receives the RCB approvement (after all the docs lodged and situation at the moment of lodgement). The approvement at the moment of CO allocation means they look again at the actual business situation? I mean, they're searching if the position nominated is still available or they judge based on docs at the moment of lodgement of nom ???
  22. Hi guys, Please read my signature about my timeline. The problem is that my sponsor is giving me signs that he doesn't want to wait anymore for my grant. The Q are: 1. If I find another sponsor, can he make the nomination and lodge reffering to my current visa application? Or should I make another visa application ? 2. DIAC should have a problem because there will be two nominations on the same person ? Or can I go both and when I got the visa to choose where to go ? Thanks
  23. Thank you guys for your opinions. Blossom79, I quit to PR process because I thought RSMS will be faster and already with a place to work from the 1st day.I didn't know that DIAC will cause employer's change (:skeptical: I'm so frustated because of DIAC's delays). I have started to search for other employers in the same field but I was wondering what they shall do, lodge a nomination for me and after approvement that's it ??? ( of course with my grant ). On the other hand, not money are my problem but MY LIFE, my family, my patience, my plans. i hope it will be with happy end. Thank you
  24. Hi guys, I have a serious problem :arghh:. I applied on 8th 2012 december, ack letter received in 27th dec 2012, the nomination approved on 10th october 2012. My sponsor ( is telling me that he is no longer willing to wait for me due to these delays from immigration and he has now local people who developed them:twitcy:. My question is how to react? I have a nomination and a letter of offer from him, can this papers be useful to use it against him or forcing him with something ? Can immigration do something with that or should I write to them about it ? Should I look for another sponsor until my visa is processing ?:chatterbox: I've spent over 5000 AUD on this process, I've canceled my chances to apply for a PR last year and now he does what he does . I applied as Direct Entry, I'm offshore, HR, non DRC. Any advice I'll be grateful Thanks
