Guys can I check my nomination on my immi account?
You cannot import/check the Company Nomination on your account. You are able to import your application in to your account though.

This may be a silly question, but does anyone know if the department work on Saturdays? Or if nominations are approved on Saturdays? I think I saw somewhere on here where people received grants on Saturdays... but I could be wrong.
Thanks
I think some people have said they received approvals on Saturday, but these might have been scheduled from Friday. I have even seen people said they got theirs on Sunday but these may have been scheduled from Saturday or even Friday.

Thank you guys for all the support and the information my timline is in my signature
Did you receive the recent emails last week advising it would be assigned to a decision maker?

Keep us updated, hopefully your agent will get a reply
Should your salary be included in the training benchmark however? As you are not a Citizen I didn't think it could be counted? I could be wrong, not got much knowledge on the benchmark requirements.
I think @boo-yaa is right. The training benchmarks are meant to be applicable to Permanent Residents and Citizens I thought. Then again, I'm no MA!

Good to see some people who received the emails from Immi about applications being allocated to a Decision Maker are resulting in the applications being processed.

Thank you so much HEX !
I was very disappointed by my lawyer who told me that I had no hope for vacating decisions because they don't have power to withdraw decisions even in mistakes.
Now I am starting to prepare more documents mentioned in the letter and hopefully it helps.
I've left message for boo-yaa, hopefully he can see it.
Best of luck BCS!

Hi Guys,
Today my silver email was received (Nomination approved).
Anyone can please update my information in the spreadsheet.
Now waiting for the golden email
Did you receive any automated emails recently advising your application or nomination application was processing and will be assigned to a decision maker?
-
I spoke with Immi General Enquiries this morning regarding the latest email updates we received around the Company Nomination and my Application:
We are writing to inform you that your application for an Employer Sponsored Entry visa will shortly be allocated to a Decision Maker for assessment.
We are writing to inform you that your employer nomination application will shortly be allocated to a Decision Maker for assessment
I asked if they had received any other calls about this and the person I spoke to was not aware of any recent changes to their process or knew about the emails. They were unable to provide any more information even though I read out word for word what was in each email. It isn't their fault I know and they were empathetic to the situation. In my gut, I feel like they do not actually mean anything, as people who applied a month ago have received the same emails, people who applied way before me haven't received them, and a selection of people on this forum did receive them. It is all very confusing and frustrating.
I know everyone on here is going through similar situations (both positive and negative) and it is just really frustrating not knowing. I just want to know on this date/time we will tell you a decision, regardless of what that decision is, so I can plan my life. Not too hard to ask is it considering how long I have been in Australia?
End of rant

Has anyone had any issues during the nomination phase where the job advertisements they've used to determine the AMSR has gone beyond the 6 month period after you have submitted your application? I'm concerned that this may be an issues with CO.
Thanks
Do you mean the AMSR for your nominated occupation is now higher than what your nominated company is paying you after six months? Might be better to speak with a registered and reputable MA.

Could someone please let me know if you know anything on my above post?
Thanks.
If you've gone to Bupa with your HAPID for the relevant people on the Visa application you should be fine.. There were some notices a while back saying to disregard any notifications around health examinations if they had already been completed.
However, if you are unsure, pleas check with a registered and reputable MA.

My MA just advised that an email was received for both the Nomination (today) and Visa Application (yesterday) advising it would shortly be allocated to a case officer for processing.

Hi guys,
have an odd question if anyone knows.
Visa expires yesterday for example and you lodge a bridging visa today and gets approved (BVC is granted). What are the chances to be considered un-lawful citizen if any?
Any info is appreciated.
Thanks
If you had already applied for your visa in May 2018 as per your signature your BVA should have kicked in automatically after your current visa expiration. I believe a BVC is only relevant if you did not have a substantive visa previously. However, I may be completely wrong here so please seek a registered MA for further clarification if you are worried.

I will be switching to my BVA tomorrow automatically since my 457 expires today. What do I need to do regarding Medicare as it also expires today?

Hi. I have a question. I’ve completed health examinations. And my result shown on immi account is:
All health examinations required for the specified visa subclass have been finalised. Processing of this person's visa application can now continue. This will not occur until a case officer investigates the case in line with published processing times for the visa that has been applied for. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the meantime.
My partner completed the health examinations together with me. However, her result shown on immi account is:
The required health examinations have been completed and submitted by the panel clinic to the department. This person's case will be processed or referred to the department's migration medical services provider, Bupa Medical Visa Services, for further assessment.
Is that normal? Many thanks!I vaguely remember seeing the latter when I first did mine and then it switched to the former after a few days.

Hey - no information requested fortunately from what I can see.
I' m really not sure about the training benchmarks, this was all done by our Managing Director and my Line Manager.
My VISA application is still 'Received' according to my MA.
Thanks for taking the time to reply. Hopefully you are all good soon enough!
FYI, you can import “your” application in to your own ImmiAccount assuming you have the TRN number for the visa application. You can then check the progress of that without relying on your MA for constant updates. It’s both a blessing and a curse as I find myself checking too many times throughout the day.

Hey All!
Just had my Silver Email, totally surprised!
Thinking as I'm on the Grandfathered role I'd be waiting at least another 3 months.
This came in yesterday (19/03/2019) - so guess I won't be a lucky Nom/Visa 1 day guy!
Gives me some hope as I am also on grandfathered option and applied June 2018.
Any requested information on the nomination? What did your company do for training benchmarks?
Thanks in advance.

Quite a few approvals going through recently which is great to see!
Has anybody who is on the "Grandfathering" rule been approved? I fear the timelines may be slightly longer for us who are on this rule.
