IT Project Manager NSW - Market OutlookHi All .. We have recently got a 176 for NSW and my husband is planning to move in July 12. My husband is IT Project manger, PMP certified with 12+ yrs exp in Indian IT orgs. He has worked for international clients in US, Japan, S Africa and also having 7-8 months of earlier Sydney Project Management experience for Indian IT company. Currently how is the IT project manager outlook in NSW, what is the average time to get a job.. Pls share your experiences.. What should be the strategy to job search - recruitment agents /direct /linkin / networking. If any of you have recent experiences in IT job search pls do share. I am planning to move with kids once my husband gets a job ... not sure what timeframe that might be :em4600: Looking forward to your replies...

Hi All, I have applied for ACS review/reassessment of 9 months of my recent work experience. Previously I was not able to submit any documentation for this work experience, hence ACS had given me 'Not Assessed' for it. Now I have submitted a reference letter from my supervisor. So this is a case of new documents made available rather than any complicated code change. Any idea how much time the review/reassessment will take. My review/reassessment documents reached ACS on 27th Jan 2012 (received acknowledge from them) and with assessor since 3rd Feb. Not sure how long the assessor will take, If anybody has any idea on recent timeline it will help. I have already taken NSW sponsorship, which will expire on 9th March, so need the review/reassessment before that so that I can file PR. If anybody has any suggestions on this, those are most welcome. ACS lost my review/reassessment documents sent on Jan 12, and they gave me 3 more weeks to submit fresh ones, which reached them on 27th Jan. Can I request them to speed up as they had lost the documents once. Awaiting replies :dull: Supjit

Hi, I am planning for NSW sponsored 176 visa. My query relates to showing 12 months recent work experience in nominated occupation in last two years. I have overall 9.5 years of work experience in last 10.5 years, of which ACS has positively assessed 8.5 years under ANZSCO Code 261311 (Analyst Programmer) . However in last 2 years work experience, only 8.5 months has been assessed positively by ACS. I do have 9 months of additional work experience in last two years, which has not been assessed by ACS (I have work experience certificates and salary slips for this period). Please advice if I can claim only 8.5 months experience as recent work experinece or 8.5+ 9 months as recent work experience. This is really holding my PR application , Pls Advice.
