  1. Hi guys, in May I'm eligible to apply for Australian Citizenship :cool:I 'm read you need 3 documents with name, photograph, DOB,current address, gender and signature. I'm only have my driver license with all on it. Other documents missing the photograph or address. Can I use my foreign passport ? But the address is difference to the current. Or my PR visa has all Info but missing the photograph . I'm i little bit confused  Maybe someone can help me please :wubclub: Thanks a lots :wubclub:
  2. :chatterbox:Update : 15/02/2014 permanent visa form submitted 20/05/2014 permanent visa grant notice receive :cute:
  3. Yes, that's incredible. I have read the letter three times to believe it. Three days after we had submitted it, we got a letter in which the processing time was now 9months may take up to 12 months. We were therefore very surpised that it went so fast. Now we have mastered the first stage & I can say that it was a hard piece of work. Do you have a temporary or permanent visa that already?
  4. Partner visa 820/801 onshore Submitted : 15/02/2012 :skeptical: by mail in Brisbane Qld Granted : 23/03/2012  Citizenship still : German
  5. thank you, until now no one has put service to others information requested by the .I think we have given everything completely.has cost us a year to prepare everything.for the time I'm"not working"ona bridging visa with a condition.and get bored very much.I am afraid if it should really take a year until they have made a decision that I must repeat my health examination :( I lie there right?
  6. If the department so long for will need the processing , expires be my result-from the health examination? I have my completed November last year and as far as I know this is also valid for only one year. Do I have to undergo again a?
  7. Yes you're right, the are still working on the applications for the 2010 th . We can only hope that it goes faster. But the applications for it shall be investigated rigorously, and this takes time.AlthoughI come from a low-risk country and our request is completely. It's always nice sequent ally, one after the other.
  8. :ssign6: , We have our partner visa application submitted in January and three days later we received a letter from the government Hooray  It was communicated to us that the current processing time 9 - 12 months . :em1100: OMG Fingers crossed that it's not lasts for a year :skeptical: .
  9. Thank You, I think we give it better in person. because I would like a confirmation has come for the entrance and the Chequesafe.
  10. It's okay, I mean my husband and Australians have to fill in the form we read: "please, enter your passport number one". He did not, however, because he had never been abroad. So we only have to apply for one.
  11. okay we have done similar, not only with staples but with large elastic bands and everything loose in a shoebox done. To remove the agent of only the clip must then everything is loose and he has no great work that has to see it through or copy. The cover page is the cover letter and the index. Have you sent it by mail or delivered personally?
  12. My Immigations consultant said it is not a good idea to travel to New Zealand and like you said there is a risk that there will hihes me again refused entry. We lawfully marry in two weeks, then the marriage is legally valid in Australia and Germany. My request for name changes we then send to Melbourne. We have applied for a passport for my man is funny that it is necessary to have one;) Where he has never left Australia, well, whatever required ... we do it. I hope we can pick him up soon. Immediately after the wedding, we add the application, only the marriage documents and photos to it and then put the application in Cairns. Such is the moment our schedule:). How did you request your presents?
  13. Thank You for your reply, yes it's true that we also said the man from the immigration office. I personally think it's better but we also document our relationship before marriage is so the Agent receives a complete overview about the extending. The have also explained in our affidavit ... without any nonsense of course. Since our application is quite umpfangreich I do not know whether it really all the material is carefully sorted to present it in a box? The immigration agent said do not use staples or clear plastic folders that would be frowned upon. So I have all the forms (40SP, 47SP, 80 and 888 separated from each other and the attached document with paper clip holder attached to the letter and the check. I would be interested how other couples have presented your application?
  14. Hello everyone :wubclub: I must first express to you a big compliment for their successful and informative website. How I personally think it is difficult to understand the Australian immigration laws exactly.they often make for confusion in my head :goofy: but this is perhaps also of English tend to think not perfect or it is written in an official language. I have the book, or better said the brochure bought "Life in Australia" and signed up in various forums in order to find out how we have to proceed so that our partners subclass 820 visa is approved successfully. Our story is one of many unique and yet, we do not want to bore you so long, but we would like to ask you an honest council. because we do not know how to go further. I am a German and citizen with a visitor visa (ETA only, then 676) here, which expires on December 4th. Because then I'm 12 months now. We met in February this year and learned to love. Since that day, we live together in his house and spend every free minute together. Vacation, camping, fishing, family gatherings and friends and so on. We are getting married next month and then I have to leave Australia because we have the clause for 12 months do not meet the visa. :wubclub: I will fly to New Zealand to the rest of his family to know and spend a week to spend holidays. To then return with a new visitor visa to Australia. These allow us then to three months, it can submit the application deadline. My question is this is the right way? and where do I apply for the new visitor visa for Australia? in New Zealand or do I apply it here with my travel booking? Help us please, we want to jeopardize the applicant for the partner visa by anything. All other Documents, evidence, and their translation by a NAATI and the health - and we have police check completed successfully. Thank you for taking the time to read this and have taken many thanks in advance for your advice. thank you, thank you your CoOzzy
