4.15 pm so I dont need to go Nadra right the union council in my area will issue on spot? They usually correspond in Evenings..

co is Z.. mrc, evidence of emails/calls.. pictures.. affidavits of family members.. on the email they have written MRC issued by union council.. does not say from Nadra? can u please confirm?

on 30th january they asked for form 80.. last saturday got a call from them verifying details on form 80.. and today thank God got the medical request.. they also have sent me a list of additional documents..

got a request for medicals today finally.. they have also asked for further documents such as MRC.. could someone explain what does it actually mean? my nikka nama had stamping from union council already..

I personally think our cases should be transferred to Australia itself.. as they understand what this process means for all of us:) I agree with Xen if you can mention the initials for the CO?

Most probably you will hear from them soon.. I got asked for form 80 last week only.. even though I already had submitted form 80 when my wife's case was in immigration.. i sent in form 80 when i initially applied in oct.. yet they have asked for it again!!

you're right FirstKnight. What I would advice all of the applicants including me is to GO WITH THE FLOW.. we cannot do anything.. we cannot assume anything.. AHC is very unpredictable..

I got the request of for form 80 after 4 months from the application lodgement. Medical will be the last thing they would ask I reckon.

thank you all for your replies so that means they have started processing my case now? i thought medicals and additional documents are usually required together? btw i did submit form 80 with my application i wonder why have they asked for it again!!

hi guys.. got an email from the immigration after 4 months asking for form 80.. what does that indicate? is that the only additional document they want in the whole procedure? are they going to start the security checks now?

i dont really care about any visa as long as i get to live with my wife so be it TR or PR.. i just pray that the visa gets finalized before 12 months.. for everyone

this is frustrating.. so no one here has got his visa in less then 12 months? one more thing.. my relationship with my wife will be of 3 years this July.. would that mean i will be eligible for the 100 subclass?

thanks FirstKnight for your reply i had a discussion with my case officer last month she said you can expect ur medicals in the month of January, and when my migration agent spoke to the case officer she said it will still take time.. my DOL is 1st Oct 2012..

Is there anyone who has lodged their application after June? Because I can see that they have moved to June and granting visas accordingly.. has anyone applied for a tourist visa lately?

Ok, I will try calling them again.. and does the acknowedgement letter contain the CO details too ? As we have got CO name in our acknowledgement letter but she hasnt started the process yet as the immigration admin said.

She told my wife because the acknowledgment letter subject stated Class UF Partner (Provisional)/ Class TO Prospective Marriage (temporary) it meant 309/300. She told my wife that acknowledgement letter never contains Via Subclass NUMBER. I dont know how others have got their acknowledgement letter .. but yes I will call them again soon for the revised if I dont hear from them soon as my MO has already emailed them for revised letter.
