i just found this on web updated on 27th jan Processing times for Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) permanent visas has increased to 6 months on average. We do, however, continue to experience some inconsistency with processing times in this ar ea. We will continue to work with our clients to understand their priorities, and will do what we can to request priority processing when required. We hope that in February processing times will start to improve as immigration officers return to work after the summer holiday break. Below is a summary of current processing times as of January 2016 : Visa type Visa processing time Subclass 457 8 to 12 weeks Employer Nomination Scheme 6 to 8 months
