Also application in progress means it is being processed further, This status is showing after you have submitted complete application or when you submit your docs after they asked for

I have had my passport expired once. I think you can use VEVO to check your visa entitlement using the new passport, if this shows you with your correct current visa it means that your visa is linked to the new passport and you can have the peace of mind moving in and out of Australia without custom problem, providing your visa allow multiple entry.

At the very end of March and super early of April. They have been playing around of both sides of 30/3 for the last 2-3 weeks Official records indicate that they are processing March. But the department seems to be ahead of official records that they put out

I guess from next week we will see people applied in April showing up on here with visa grant

I have heard nothing as well, I contact my MA on 1st of July and he mentioned based on this timeline my application could expect to be allocated within a month (I guess this would be the same with your MA expectation). Waiting is also killing me, my wife is oversea and has been waiting for more than a year now so that was absolute terrible. Will post straight away when I have any info.

I think waiting for visa grant could be qualified as one of the mind bending experiences. I start to have this dream of receiving a visa grant letter for the last couple of weeks. So weird.

And also it very likely that you will speak with the admin team and not the case officer so no effect on application

Visa grant also happens faster with visa application lodged after nomination but before nomination grant as well.

I think so too, if visa application is lodged together with nomination then the chance to have visa grant is dramatically shorter then lodging visa application after the nomination has been granted
