  2. Hi There, OK I am now about ready to look at booking a holiday let before we find a rental. Can anyone tell me who they used in Adelaide? We really want to be close to the CBD to find our feet or within a maximum of 20 mins journey. Is it easy to book a 6 month rental before you go if you pay up front? I am stressing on this one as the holiday lets are very expensive for 3/4 weeks. :arghh: Hope someone can help Thanks Sporty x
  3. No ours were only signed by the person who wrote it, not witnessed by a a solicitor. Just make sure it is done on letter headed paper. Do a stat dec yourself as well and tell your agent that it's all you have as proof. The inland revenue can take up to 12 weeks to send out your work history. If you have bank statements from the business use these aswell. Have you do any sub contracting work? Sporty x

  6. Hi Ade, Do you do you tax returns online? If so print them off, then send them your tax credits letters and a stat dec from someone you have worked with just to state you work on a full time basis. It will be fine, you just need to do a bit more leg work for that Visa :confused:it will be worth it. Give us a call if you need anything, remember stay positive! Sporty

  20. Hi All, Firstly I'd like to thank everyone on this forum for all the advice they have given us throughout this whole process. We wouldn't have done it without the help of PIO:biggrin: We are so happy we just don't know what to do next laugh, cry, jump up and down :chatterbox: We will be telling the kids tonight with a large bottle of well deserved champange.   21. Hi All, I have just had all my documents met and now waiting for the final stage, hopefully the grant of the VISA. Can anyone give me an idea of how long this will take. I know it's different from case to case but just a rough idea would be lovely to know. I was taking this whole process in my stride and able to get on with life but I am now totally stressed by this whole process, especially the medicals!!! :arghh: Nothing a good nights sleep won't sort out i'm sure!!!   24. Mapster so sorry for you. Don't give up, this test is a nightmare but you are so close. maybe being ill on the day didn't help. You will do it,surely one more test is worth it. Keep positive :-) i agree with you pegs, keep going you will crack it. sporty x
