Look at this url for "occupational ceiling" http://www.immi.gov.au/skills/skillselect/ I couldn't find property manager, maybe there is another term for it. I am not sure if a state tells you if they have an occupational ceiling.

If you want to immigrate and you don't want to use an agent, you have to do more research than this or you are going to have a hell of a time. Anyway, an EOI is an Expression Of Interest. You first have to express your interest to te department of immigration before they can invite you to apply for a 189 visum.

FOr people going for a regional sponsorship they ask you to provide three job opportunities in a specific region in australia. Which ain't too easy for the specific location for our job :unsure:

Sorry, can't help you with your situation Anyway you laughed about it, but I actually heard multiple stories of people divorcing, right after immigrating (or in the process of...). Watch out you don't fall into that trap.

I got an email in my inbox today!! Opened it, was it the answer to my quesrion instead... Bugger! "Due to the large volume of applications submitted, we currently cannot offer estimated processing times for applications"
