Hi Blossom, i would not pass through points system for certain reasons. Can i purely get the employer to sponsor me ? if the employer is willing, is this the only catch before i get the PR? thanks

Hello, Please advise the defination of a functional english requirement. it says a average score of IELTS 4.5 in all the four components. Does it mean just need to score a total of 4.5 ? or need at least 4.5 in each component? thanks
